Great service, great company! Scott, President, took personal time out of his evening to have us over at his showroom and walk us through all of their Hunter Douglas products. Scott is very knowledgeable on the Hunter Douglas product and helped pick out the best option for our home. Instillation only took half a day and they were very detail orientated from start to finish. I?m a detail orientated individual and can honestly say I did not have any complaints with the product nor service. They are a top tier company and I highly recommend them. I also felt like Scott did his best to provide us with a quality and competitively priced product, so I did not receive any other competitive quotes. You will pay more for the Hunter Douglas brand, but in my opinion, it?s a better quality product than purchasing something from a big box retailer.

Sent a rep our to measure and offer variety of styles, chose the style, measured. Rep came out and installed them.

It was a "perfect" experience. The owner came out to give the bid. Other then that, I dealt with the installer who was professional, dependable and very competent at his job. This is a well run, well organized, efficient company.

l had mini blinds installed on two large windows and one small window in my house. I visited their showroom on Page and David Victor helped me choose the colors. David then came to my house to measure the windows and stayed for a very friendly and interesting talk. At no time was I pressured to buy their product or to upgrade my selection. Today Jim, their installer, arrived on time and took the old blinds down, installed the new ones, and made minor adjustments so they would hang correctly. Jim is very knowledgeable, friendly, and completed the job with no problems. He even put on paper booties over his shoes so he would not leave marks on the kitchen counter. I found this company through Angie's List and am so glad I hired them to do the job. My experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Easy to schedule and everyone was punctual and professional. Never felt pressured to buy more expensive options or do more windows than planned. I will use them again when we get around to window treatments for the second floor of our house too.

The were professional and knowledgable. They've been in business for many years and know what they're doing. I can't say they were overpriced as what we had done was an expensive treatment.

Arranged to have Victor Slade pick up broken blind (8ft long). On arrival, the technician indicated that he thought he had the needed part in his truck. He fixed it on the spot, so we avoided the charges of the pick up and drop off.

The job was perfect from beginning to end.

Did a fantastic job on the cleaning of 20 year old blinds - saved us from having to replace them! We are thrilled with the install of the new blinds - quick and professional. No question we will be calling them again soon!

What I thought would be a major repair, he did it in a matter of minutes. He was so good about the charge as well, I couldn't believe it. They were very knowledgable and personable. I am going to hire them again for other blind work. He was such a nice, genuine man. I was very, very pleased.

I called and had a discussion with the friendly receptionist who assured me they could be rebuilt. I brought in one set first to get a consultation and after a thorough visit and a description of the work to be done, I left it there for repair/restoration. The service tech was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain the services his company could provide. I received this set, repaired, back in about a week and a half, which was fine because I was in no hurry. The work was done so well, I brought in the second set. I was waited on this time by the owner of the company and he was also extremely friendly and helpful. This set required more repair because of a past fix that was botched. But Victor Shade also restored this set to the best of their ability and it looks very presentable (especially since it is covered by sheers and curtains). I also received that set back after a week and a half. I would highly recommend their services!

I was recommended by my designer. I called and set up appointment. They came on time with a sampling and explained in detail what would be involved.. They came to measure, and double checked, before they accepted deposit. They ordered the shades and then installed them. Jim, the installer, was excellent. His mannerism was professional, he was efficient, prompt and very detailed.

I have worked with this company for years. I cannot say enough nice things about them. They are wonderful!

the previous owner of my condo had installed plantation shutters to provide privacy and sunlight control at a sliding patio door. Two of the slats had broken since I moved in. My handyman was not able to fix them, so I drove by Victor Shade (on my way to work.) I explained what was happening; they promised to have their repairman call me when he was back in the office. He called in a few days, as promised, and made an appointment to come by my condo to have a look. On the appointment day, he showed up right on time and was able to made the repair quickly and in fine fashion. He then gave me a few pointers how best to position the slats for optimal privacy, while still allowing light to enter. He also helped me understand how best to operate the shutters to prevent future broken slats. Further, while he was there he noticed one of my cellular shade was hanging crooked, and quickly repaired that as well. I was very happy with this company's friendliness, professionalism, and quality of work.

Years ago when we moved in our house, we picked Victor Shade Co out of the yellow pages. They put in all the shades in the house and we were really pleased. Now that we've upgraded some of the windows, I called them back. They could match perfectly the color and style of the first set of shades and we could upgrade to the latest mechanisms for raising and lowering them. They came when I was available, both day and time. They are the kind of people that bends over backwards to please. When we can get the rest of the windows upgraded, you bet I'll have them come re-do the shades!

I had inquired about replacing the shades and they asked if they could be repaired would I prefer that which is what I did. It all took place in a timely and professional manner. My only problem was a pick up & delivery charge of $110.00. I was never told there would be a charge. A man came out and looked it over. Told me it could be repaired and took it with him to their store. It was returned and reinstalled within 2 weeks. The charge for the repair was $41.00. The total = $151.00!!!

After visiting the showroom, a representative came to our house with samples and measured the windows. He was concerned that the hardware for the shades would not install properly on the windows, so he ordered the hardware without any commitment on our part. When the hardware arrived, he came out with an installer and made sure the hardware would install properly and be "pleasing to the eye". We placed the order. It took about two weeks for the shades to arrive. We scheduled installation. The installer showed up on time and was finished in less than 15 minutes. Both the salesman and installer were knowledgeable an professional. Both worked to accommodate our schedules. Excellent experience. The shades look great and work smoothly.

Gave us quotes for blinds and a shade. Their bid for the blinds was really high, but we went with them for the shades. They did a great job! A+ for customer service.
