Incredible service and attention to detail, which is hard to find with a contractor these days. We are picky and had a few issues, but they were taken care of promptly and professionally. Also, there were delays with weather which was annoying, but they can’t be faulted for that. Highly recommended.

I just had my roof and gutters replaced by Triton Exteriors during April 2018. Gutters were replaced with 6" gutters - larger than the existing gutters so that drainage would be more effective. I had some gutter and drainage work done by them about three years ago and they were very good then, so I included them in my list of five roofing companies to interview for estimates for my roof and gutters. I gave them the job because their representative (Eric Olson) paid very close attention to what I said and answered all my questions. He provided all the detail I needed in the estimate and was available at all times for any other questions I had. He kept me informed about scheduling (weather can cause delays) on a timely basis. During the three total days of work for the roof and gutters, he was at my house to check on progress at least once each day. The roofing and gutter crews did a great job, including cleanup. Eric did a final walk through with we during which we both got on the roof for him to show me what was done and explain how (I used a heavier shingle that requires modified installation procedures

The team leader Javier was very good. They did an excellent job! I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

contact with the business was conducted with the manager. She was very pleasant and was involved every step of the project. when almost complete, there were some touch up areas and they came back, took care of it and the office manager came over herself to inspect the project. I am very happy with the results and have the best looking home on the block.

After last year's heavy winds, we had some trim that blew off our 2nd story bedroom windows, as well as some antique wood embellishments that fell off the house. These repairs seemed right in Triton's wheelhouse. Even though we had a few scheduling mixups at the start (for which they were super apologetic), working with Triton Exteriors was overall a great experience. They were always kind, easy to work with, and are flexible and willing to go the extra mile. For example, they won't do work that requires them to walk on a tile roof (which we have) because that can break the tiles. The 2nd story window repairs would normally be done from the outside, requiring them to step on the tile roof to our porch. Instead of turning down the job, which other companies already had, we discussed the home layout and did some troubleshooting together. Triton ended up repairing the outside window trim while stationed inside the bedroom--a little unconventional but they did a great job in a sticky situation. I would gladly hire them again due to their positive attitude and creative thinking.

I called in mid-October to schedule a gutter cleaning. My original appointment was for early November, but the work wasn't completed until the end of the month and two postponed appointments later. I was called the night before each appointment and given the option to delay. Where Triton fell down was in subsequent re-scheduling: both times after waiting several days, I had to reach out to get a new appointment. I believe I am on the outer edge (if not just past) their regular service area, which made scheduling (for them) trickier. However, the work itself was completed very well and professionally.

We had Blake Nickle, from Triton Exteriors, come and help us with the above job. Blake is a really honest, dedicated and hardworking professional. Also, his colleague Christina helped me setting the appointment and do the invoices etc; and she was Super Helpful. I think Blake and Christina reflects the great work culture at Triton Exteriors. In the past, I had Triton Ext. do work for us too and they have been a good and reliable company.

The scheduling email that was supposed to be routing by the office manager did not get to the salesman, resulting in about a week delay in installation. Other than that hiccup I can say I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work and material. The new larger gutters, with gutter guards, matched the previous color (not white) so closely, and were installed so accurately, than when I first pulled into the driveway I honestly thought the replacement hadn't been done. I can't imagine a better replacement!

They worked very hard from the time they arrived. Would hire them again in a second.

Triton Exteriors have always been very professional. Everything was checked out and minor issues were immediately addressed, eg: loose guttering, soffits, tile secured; leaking areas around windows and @ gutter corners were caulked. Some issues were pointed out which, although not requiring immediate attention, should continue to be monitored should they require some repair to prevent any big problems in the future. Everything is explained very well, questions answered and done so in a very respectful and courteous manner. The work is done with efficiency and professionally.

Christina contacted me quickly to schedule and they were able to perform my requested/needed services within 48hrs. Blake, the technician who completed the project (~5hrs), was well-mannered and thorough in the roofing job and in clean-up afterwards. While I am not fully confident in the value for the services provided (I did not get any other quotes), it seemed fair for labor and materials. If I ended up paying a little more than I should have, at least it was for great customer service and quality workmanship.

It took several times of rescheduling on Triton's part to get the representative at my house. The person in the office was efficient, but the job was rescheduled a couple times. Upon completion, I've never received a receipt, nor have I been advised what work was actually performed. I believe they were overwhelmed with the response to the offer, but this isn't good customer service. I have since experienced leaking in the spot that I hired them to repair.

Triton provided excellent service! Their commitment to quality sold me on making the decision to partner with them for our roofing and siding project.
