Project was done quickly and efficiently. Everything was cleaned up. He even put a few extra screws into the gutters while he was up on the roof. Very pleased.

perfect. aside from the beautifully installed gutters I would never know they had been to the property. The new gutters matched so perfectly with the home that you really had to look to confirm they were the new (larger) ones that replaced the older ones. I liked them so much I've used them again.

Triton did a wonderful job of power washing the entire house, as well as the exterior of the gutters. They made our gutters much more presentable, as they had stained over time. They also cleaned out gutters out.

Tim is the kind of contractor you hope to get when cold-calling for a job. We hired Triton to replaced our whole roof,. In the process, Tim's crews found and fixed a stubborn water leak that was tormenting us. First off, Tim and his guys are experts. They are fast, efficient, respectful and clean up well. On top of that, Tim supplies a patient, personal touch that is much appreciated. Especially if you are not familiar yourself with whatever the work involves. He is always accessible for questions or concerns -- before, during AND after a job. I can't stress enough how important that is. He says he wants you to be completely satisfied with his team's work, and he backs that up. We have an 80-year-old, two-story brick house in South St. Louis. We had a stubborn water stain on a downstairs, interior wall. The problem persisted for months, despite the opinions -- and work -- of multiple different tradesmen. Most had done previous -- unrelated -- jobs for us. But this leakage problem persisted. Finally, in need of a new roof, we hired Triton. Before a relative had recommended Tim, we had another roofer replace the original decades-old flashing. We had no history with the first roofer., who was by far the low bidder. But we figured this roofer had addressed the problem. So when the leak persisted, we turned to other craftsmen for possible solutions. We tried tuck pointing, enlarged gutters and fresh interior painting. Nothing worked. Then we hired Triton to replace the whole roof., which involved removing the "new" flashing. Tim's crew quickly found that the original leak was in fact around the chimney -- and that the other roofer's "repairs" to the flashing actually made the leak worse. Tim patiently explained this in detail and documented it with photos. Nearly 18 months later, our interior wall remains bone-dry, thanks to Tim and his crews. What a relief! Along with my own experience, I know that Tim did a great job on an in-law's roof -- that's where I heard about Triton. I'm happy to return the favor and recommend Tim whole-heartedly. In fact, when a female neighbor had an interior water leak like mine,, she hired him at my suggestion. She told me the other day that Triton had fixed her problem as well -- though I'll let her supply her own recommendation! In our case, Triton was not the cheapest option. But I found the hard way that cheaper is not always better. To me, it was worth paying more for expertise, quality materials -- and peace of mind.

Perfect. Great communication about questions I had. This was my first new roof so I knew nothing. Had a chimney problem 7 months later unrelated to the roof and they came out and checked their work the day after. Gave me advice to save money on the chimney.

I just wish i could give an A+++++++++++ Tim, the owner, is a hands-on, straight shooter with fantastic customer service. He is easy to reach at all times -- before, during and after your project is completed. His crews are experts and work hard (sometimes you get one or the other, but not both). He's worked on two roofs for our family, in the 61319 and 63123 zips. The first one, in the city near Ted Drewes, had a stubborn leaking problem. A previous (cheaper) roofer failed to fix it. Tim sized it up immediately, took photos to show the problems clearly, described how his crew would fix it -- and then fixed it. Permanently. (This project was in August of 2019 . . . still no problems as I write this in June 2020. A word about his crew. They specialize in different skills, so you have experts on the shingles, an expert on flashing and metals, an expert on downspouts. And they all come to work. They're punctual. They don't dilly-dally. They NEVER ask to come inside -- and this policy was on our projects were BEFORE the virus. I should also mention Tim's patience. I am no roofing expert. He took the time to explain, in layman's terms, what was happening with my roof. I am picky. He was always approachable when I asked about tweaking something or other. I should note that Triton is not the cheapest option out there. (I'd gone that route and it didn't work out.) With Triton, you'll get top materials, great workmanship, a personal touch -- and peace of mind. HA! Just realized this sounds like a paid political ad. It's not. I'd never met Tim till he came to do his free estimate. It's just an enthusiastic thank-you for someone who solved a nagging problem, as efficiently and painlessly as possible. PS: My neighbor across the street, a single woman, saw Triton's work on my house. I introduced her to Tim, she hired him and now she said her problem is fixed as well. But that's a review she should write herself!

Triton Exteriors helped me with an uncommon problem that all other companies we contacted refused to take on - we have a chimney that rests on an cantilever built above our walkout basement. The wooden support beams that make up this cantilever were rotted due to poor design choices when the chimney and surrounding deck was built, causing water intrusion into the cantilever and into our walkout basement wall. Many exterior companies declined to help us until we contacted Triton. I can't thank Tim and Dana enough for their kindness, professionalism and punctuality with keeping me in the loop on figuring out the problem, providing an estimate, scheduling the work, and getting it done quickly. We also had them repair siding which was also done efficiently. I won't hesitate to use Triton Exteriors in the future - thank you so much!

It went fine. Repairman was helpful and efficient and explained everything he did.

I am really happy with the job Trition did with the repairs to our house. They were able to match the siding and get all of the damage repaired and for a decent price. We would use them again if we need their services.

When the man finally showed up, the job went smoothly. Initially, however, Dana, at the office, verbally confirmed and sent me an email that they would do the work on Wednesday 8/14/19. I told her I would not be home that week, but she said that was not a problem. On Thursday, I sent her an email, asking how everything went. No reply. On Friday the 16th, I was back in town, and I could see that the work had not been done. I called the office, and Dana said she did not even have me on the schedule. Huh? She said she was out sick all week. She said other jobs just came in, and they could not get to me until a week later. Are they disorganized or stretched too thin? I would use this company again, but I would double and triple check the schedule.

The service was excellent. The repair person was punctual, courteous, and thorough. He checked around the house to ensure there were no other gutter issues. He took pictures to show me where and what the problem was and he made excellent and neat repairs. I would utilize their services again and definitely recommend them to anyone who inquires. The cost was very reasonable and I am extremely pleased with the repairs.

The work that was done was very pleasing. I was very pleased with the advice they gave regarding shingle quality and color choices. Once the work was scheduled it was completed in a couple days. The outcome looks beautiful - esthetically and quality wise. They handled insurance paperwork from day one - that was very helpful to me. I'd use them again - for sure!!!

Took awhile to get it scheduled. When I did they were on time. The guy did thorough job and I was satisfied. I asked to be provided a quote to replace all the gutters and add one to the sunroom. He carefully measured the job and said the expert estimator would get back to me. Never heard from them again.

Great company to do business. Upfront with all expectations. The crew was efficient and friendly. Cleaned up everything! Except for the beautiful new roof we could not tell they had been here. Tim even came here and met with our insurance representative. He kept in close contact the entire time from our first contact to completion. He and Dana brought us warm brownies on the morning they started the project! Highly recommend them for their work and professionalism!

Strongly recommend not work with Triton. Customer service is way below expectation as they cannot keep with their word. After waiting for a scheduled emergency service for this Friday just received a call saying they will be not be able to perform the service until 2 weeks out. They seem to be very unorganized internally and don’t have a good handle on their schedule. I wished I knew and we would not waste my time with them.

Evaluation and work were completed the same day. Very satisfied.

Tim and his crew at Triton Exteriors are awesome! My roof was damaged by a large tree branch during a storm at the end of June. I had used Triton for a roof inspection a few years earlier and was impressed. I got three bids from roofing companies and selected Triton even though they weren’t the cheapest. Tim came out to meet me when my insurance adjuster was here. He was able to persuade him to include more money for damages to the interior and the basement. Even though the insurance company only paid for the back slope to be replaced, I elected to have the entire roof replaced with the architectural shingles. Tim met with me to review shingle colors, and also arranged for Marshall to repair the interior damage. He was at my house when the roofers were here, and had excellent follow-through to make sure I was happy. I whole-heartedly recommend Triton.

They were great. Very responsive. Work was completed in a timely manner and was done well. Listened and answered all concerns.

We hired Triton to waterproof a leaking chimney and install flashing between roofs and the walls of our house. Positives: I really appreciated Cory's cordiality and approachability before and during the work. He did use subcontractors but was usually there to oversee their work (to his surprise they did not show one day). Otherwise they did the work on time and more or less cleaned up. Negatives: Triton has a warrantee on their work, but it does not good if they refuse to come out to see if what they did is working. The leak at our chimney continued, so I called Cory. He said to call shortly after a big rain so he could come inspect, but when I did that he "reasoned" with me that the problem was not theirs. We went through two or three phone calls before I gave up on having him come after a big rain. Later I hired a tuckpointer to do the chimney and he said the mortar on the top sill (which was laid by Triton) was just a thin film that was flaking off. This impossible to see from the ground and hard even on a 30-ft ladder, but it was annoying not to have it done right the first time since it can contribute to a leak.
