Terrible. I spent 1200.00 for a roof repair. They said it was fixed. It wasn't . I tried to get them to fix it right, they NEVER did fix my roof. I tried to get my money back. I never received a refund. I hired another roofer to fix it right and they did. I would avoid Triton at all costs. It's very frustrating to pay twice to get a job done.

They completely forgot the first appointment we had and I took a day off work to be home. I had to call them and rescheduled for a week later. They were on time for the second appointment and did a pretty good job overall. I would hire them again but I would call them the day before to make sure they are coming.

Not so well. Gutter were not cleaned out completely

The employee Triton sent out was great. He not only fixed the gutters but then added some flashing around my chimney.

They cancelled my appointment 2 times. Then Blamed Angies list for sending them work.

Had to be rescheduled twice but eventually the job was done. The people who showed up were professional and efficient.

Unprofessional & Disrespectful - Triton had a 9:30am appointment to meet me for a $125 roof inspection. By 9:45am Triton had not arrived at the inspection location, so I called to inquire. The owner who answered was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. She indicated that, rather than honoring Triton's commitment, she didn't have time for me and did not want complete the inspection. Despite my better judgement, I convinced her to send a roof technician while I waited at then inspection location. She indicated that a technician was available at the office and that she would send one immediately. Triton's office is 20 minutes away from the inspection location; 45 minutes after speaking with the owner (55 minutes after the original appointment), Triton still had not arrived. Triton has no regard for customers' time. I strongly recommend avoiding Triton.

He did an excellent job. Did the things he was supposed to do and cleaned up after himself.

I worked with Christina, the office manager, to obtain detailed information about the product and to schedule the installation. She was quite responsive and a gem to work with. The installation team was very professional. Prior to starting the job, the lead installer reviewed details of the installation process with us. We were very pleased with the services provided.

Triton was very professional. I will definitely use them again.

Service was performed quickly but also thoroughly. The repaired leak appears to be holding up fine.

I was very disappointed after getting a bid of almost $900 and being told it was not possible to replace such a small section of guttering that it could not be pieced back in and I would have to replace the entire run on house -- $900 !!! The salesman told me I might be able to find a questionable repairman on craigslist but good luck. I then made two other calls to Angie Listed contractors and got two bids for the 20' repair only, one for $425 and one for $285 - the contractor for $285 (Steve's Home Improvement - also rated) got the job and he was awesome - he told me I would not pay him a penny until the job was done and I was 100% satisfied and he did an amazing job piecing in the repair - if anything it looks a little cleaner than the rest of the guttering and he even offered to dirty it up to match (!) - I couldn't tell if he was joking or not but it won't take long for it to weather to match. Just goes to show there are people out there willing to do small, low profit jobs but they are out there !!!

Scheduler was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Scheduled work to be performed in mid-Dec after all the leaves had fallen. Crew showed up when they were supposed to - were very nice. Problem was, they didn't know the scope of work so didn't have the necessary equipment. Job was for the 3rd story gutters and only had a 32' ladder. We talked for awhile and they took pictures for bidding soffit work. They were supposed to come back after they tracked down the 40 ft ladder but haven't heard from them since, either for the gutters or the soffit bid (which was a very large project). Going to find someone else to do the work

He did recognize that the roof was good.

The office representative was extremely responsive and helpful. Brandon, the service technician, arrived on time and did the job in a very unobtrusive and efficient manner.

It went well. Roofer was punctual, professional, and completed the work to my satisfaction.

There was one person that came out to complete the job. The work was fine. They did what I needed them to do, came quickly and answered my questions. I had a couple of questions about the gutters and they answered them.

Office was responsive and easy to schedule. Work completed well in a professional manner. Would definitely hire for all my roofing needs in the future.

It went well. He was on time and polite. It was a very windy day and I thought they would have to cancel but they did not. It hasn't rained since the work was done but just by the confidence I have in the guy that came out, I know everything will be fine. Much pleased!
