Triton is very reliable and did a great job

Wow! What a great job Blake did repairing the woodpecker damage on the wood siding! Blake worked hard without stopping for over two hours in 104 degree heat. He was able to set his ladder on a difficult slope, clean out each hole, put a filler in, and then paint over with a dark color to hide the repair. It is perfect! And at a very reasonable price. I will call Triton anytime I need their specialty repairs on the house.

The deal appeared to be great and allow us to have all doors and a couple windows checked and updated. The employee was personable and very courteous. The product he used was mid grade material at best. He performed the work quickly. The quality of work around the windows is great. The quality of work performed around the french doors was disappointing, and quickly began to fail. I was forced to remove the material to prevent possibly damaging the doors. I will take the time and learn how to do the install myself. I expect any contractor to complete work done on my home as they would on their own.

The work was professional, their employee was exceptional, and the process was painless and speedy. The gentleman who did the work was so informative and helpful when he assessed the work to be done. He was polite, well spoken and professional in his attitude and work manner. The repairs were done in a timely manner and now our gutters are in good shape again. I would recommend this company for home repairs anytime.

Initially it went well until I discovered that my gutter guards above my garage were never reinstalled, when I called back, the individual was cordial and professional but didn't take any accountability for the missing guards.

I INITIALLY was a bit skeptical, and concerned. I initially scheduled my appointment. It was 2 weeks out. The day before, we received an email saying that the tech Blake would be out at the prescribed time. No show. My roomate called the company, and was told that there was a scheduling mishap. We were rescheduled the following week. That schedule got botched as well. NOW, I'm all about giving a chance. Things happen. And I have had my run-ins of late with no-show contractors and poor work contractors..but Triton called me, apologized profusely, insisted that they were NOT that type of company.... I was gladly redeemed! Blake and his partner arrived promptly. They were highly professional. They looked at the problem areas, and advised a game plan. My house is a 113 year old Victorian, and has a large front porch that needed a couple TLC areas. They did the prescribed repairs quickly, efficiently, and even painted the work! I was very happy with the work! They cleaned up very well, and they took about 3 hrs, but no change in the amount. I have scheduled them to come back and look at a couple extra areas of concern on the front porch I have found as well. As far as the mis-scheduling, that was office turn-over. I can say that it was handled, and that would be the only reason I dropped the punchality from A to B. They were quick in emails, and sent me a pic of their technician(along with his background). Yes, I would use them again.

It went very well. This is a very professional company. Blake arrived on time and inspected the gutters, including the areas where I noted there were problems. He caulked the gutter where the leak was occurring and noticed that roof shingles were overhanging too far over on the other problem area. This explained why the gutter wasn't catching enough water during heavy rainfalls. We just had the shingles replaced after having roof damage from a hail storm the year before. Blake was even nice enough to caulk one of my windows while he was out there. I would definitely hire again.

I have not heard back from them to schedule a date for the work to be performed as they said would happen and I tried calling them on 5/25/17 and no one was there to answer my call. They have my money, I saw that they were paid on my credit card statement and I have nothing in hand to show for it. They must have bigger jobs to do, but I'll get my money back if I have to sue. In response to the question above "Was money paid or were services performed?" Yes, the money was paid and no services were performed.

The company representative did show up to review the job, that went fine. I received a voice message a few days later with a name and number to call back. I returned the call, had to leave a message and never heard back from anyone. I left several messages but no one ever called me back. This was from one of the member deals $99 for two hrs of work. So I purchased the deal and never got the service.

Good. It turned into a multi day job. Installers were very professional. It took longer to complete than seemed necessary. First installer was very nice, but could not complete the job because of a need for help raising a ladder. Rescheduled with ano there installer who got distracted and did not show up. Rescheduled again, and the installer came out and ompleted the job extremely quick.

He arrived right on time. After work was finished he presented a written report of the survey of the roof and also explained what work was done. I would not hesitate to hire him again if roofing work is needed.

Due to distance between Triton and my location, it was not cost effective for me to contract with Triton to make two trips to my house to estimate and perform the small amount of work. Christine at Triton contacted me and discussed with me at length in a very professional manner. It was my choice to not contract with them only due to the additional cost related to the commute. Triton was very responsive to my concerns. I would definitely recommend them based on their apparent professionalism and courtesy.

We had some scheduling and communication difficulties but overall we're very happy with the work and will use them again. Have already recommended them to a neighbor.
