Description of Work: I paid for two hours of service. He was on my roof less than 20 minutes. |He said I need a new roof and said he would send a quote. I never heard back. |I was ripped off. He applied a little glue and hammered a few nails. |I was shocked on how unprofessional this company was. Man said he was a salesman and not a roof man. How was he ever going to do the two hour service. Totally dishonest. Shame on Angie's List to have these people.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's Deal to reattach a length of my gutter. The repair man was right on time and realized immediately the company that installed the gutters used very short screws which is why the gutter was pulling away from the house. He put in new, longer screws on either side of the brackets not wanting to use the former hole as it might be loose. Because I have a tin roof, he was unable to put in some other longer screws and replace part of my gutter guard because there was frost on the garage roof which is where he was working from. He said he'd return later to finish. This was the day before Thanksgiving and the weather wasn't conducive for a few days. During the following weeks the weather was better, but I assume they were very busy. I called a few more times and he did come out and replaced my gutter guard and put in a few more screws. He assessed the gutters and the roof in general prior to starting and was very knowledgeable.

Description of Work: applied weather strip to my exterior doors and repaired a window. Made a huge difference to drafts from door & window.

Description of Work: They seal my windows to prevent air from getting in and replaced my door liner. They did a good job.

Description of Work: One person came on time but totally unprepared even though we talked on the phone about apply weather stripping on our doors and windows when we scheduled an appointment. When he entered our house, he complained that he did not make any money because our purchase was via Angie's list. And then he started to criticize our house and the doors and said that he could not do anything about it. I asked him to do some temporary solutions by applying the weather stripping. He asked us to wait at home and took off to buy it. He came back in 1.5 hours, but the nearest Home Depot was 20 minutes away. It took him about 10 minutes to apply weather stripping on one door and caulk on some windows. Before he left, he also tried to sell windows to us and wanted us to contact him directly not through his company. This is totally a waste of our time and money.

Description of Work: They replaced vents on roof and some shingles. Did good job and did it the same day.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for two hours of inspection and repairs etc because I thought my roof might be leaking. | |They came and went up on the roof, took pictures showing how critters had chewed the flashing around various vents and then insisted I needed a new roof urgently, that the tiles were very bad and tried very hard to pressure me to sign a contract for a new roof on the spot, which I did not do. | |I called another roofing company to get a second estimate for a new roof. They took the same pictures of chewed away flashing and then said that overall my roof had a few years left and apart from a few repairs, did not recommend a new roof at this time. The second roofing company could have done as I asked (given the estimate) to get more money out of me but did not. They had nothing to gain by saying I did not need a new roof. | |I do not appreciate the hard sell from Triton and I would not use their services even though they may well do good work; I don't know and don't care. I will use the second roofing company for my repairs. |

Description of Work: They installed gutter guard that I bought on a deal. The initial product offered was very flims, but that was expected due to the price of $99.00 for 50 ft. The up charge was only $50.00, $1.00 a foot, and appeared to be more durable. Since gutter cleaning was included, it was worth the price.
