We have used Tony LaMartina Plumbing and have always been pleased with the quality of the work they do. Also, their plumbers have been very professional. Rudi B. arrived on time and was shown the two faucets that needed fixing. After looking at the bathroom faucet and shutoff values, Rudi presented two options; one a quick fix but explained that we would probably continue to have problems with the low quality brand faucet. His other option was to replace the faucet with a better quality faucet and then fix the shut off values. I choose to replace faucet which would require a second visit since there are too many styles and brands of faucets. So their policy is to have the customer purchase the new faucet. Since there would be a follow on visit, I asked Rudi about options for fixing our shower faucet stems and replacing tub spout. He showed me a kit to replace the old hot and cold stems. Rudi added this information into my customer record within their computer database. Rudi proceeded with replacing the outside faucet. That work went smoothly and there were no problems. We are pleased with the new outdoor faucet. Rudi was very professional and friendly. He did a very good job of explaining our options for the bathroom issues. He was very informative about the work he did on the outside faucet. Since not all the work could be done on this visit, we would not be charged for a service call on the return visit to fix the bathroom fixtures. There will be a separate Angie's List for that visit.

This service call was a continuation of service call on 5/26/2017. A second visit was required because we agreed to purchase the brand and style of the new faucet to be installed. Also, the American Standard Rebuild kit for the shower had to be ordered. Mike M. was the name of the Tony LaMartina plumber that came for this service call. Mike had consulted with Rudi on the work to that he had described to me on the first service call. Mike had actually been to our house for a previous service calls a couple years ago. Mike is very professional and friendly. Mike had no problems installing the new bathroom faucet including replacing the shutoff values. Mike also had no problems with installing the new handles and stems for the shower. The shower spout was tough to get off. It did require that a small 5"x5" hole be cut in the wall to access the pipes. I gave Mike the permission to cut the hole with the understanding that I would be responsible for patching the wall. Mike was able to get the old spout off and install the new spout. We were very pleased with the work Mike did. Since this was a continuation of the service call on May 26, 2017, we weren't charged a second service call fee. We will continue to use Tony LaMartina Plumbing for any future plumbing needs or repairs.

Both times they were on time. I appreciate that they explained what they were doing and why. Gave me options when appropriate. I would recommend them to anyone. I set up a request online and they called promptly. Everything was easy.

It went well. The work was done at the request of the buyer in a real estate sale. The buyer of the property was unsatisfied with one thing, so they came back out to fix it.

No problems. Yves was extremely polite and very helpful. He invited me to watch him work and explained everything he was doing as he went along. He apologized that he was unable to do the drain replacement, as he had another call to get to. But he made the arrangements to have someone else come first thing the next day. It wasn't the first thing, but the second repairman did come later on that morning. (I apologize, I can't think of his name!) He was also polite, efficient, and knew exactly what needed to be done. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.

LaMartina Plumbing sent me an email with a photo and name of the actual plumber when he was on his way to my house. He put on protective shoe covers when entering my house. He quickly found the problem of a stuck valve and had a replacement part on the truck. The whole job took about an hour. Great work. I am very pleased again with Tony LaMartina Plumbing. I think this is the third or fourth time they have done work for me for separate tasks.

Price was very reasonable, and everything was done when promised -- from the time we met to get an estimate to the time the work was completed. We received very quick responses to all of our inquiries, and everyone we dealt with was extremely nice and professional. We would definitely hire them again!

They said they needed to replace a cartridge and would order it and be back in 5-7 days. 27 days later still no follow up or part installed.

The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and performed his work quickly and effectively. At the time I was looking for service, I wasn't sure of the brand of my shower fixtures. While one company I spoke with seemed quite intimidated, Tony LaMartina Plumbing was confident they could fix my problem. The technician quickly identified the brand and knew hot to approach the problem. The price could have been better, but hey, it's plumbing. Never cheap. They were able to send someone out in a reasonable amount of time. Communication from their office was great, letting me know when the guy was on his way and who it would be. And he arrived when they said he would. I was very satisfied and would certainly hire them again.

Great. Would have liked for the technician to inform about feed pipes but since these were not on the contract he was unable to do so.

The plumber showed up on time, completed the repairs in a professional manner, and cleaned up afterwards.

From my experience, you can either call another plumber and then call Tony LaMartina to get the job done right, or you can call them first. Rudy came out and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I definitely intend to use this company for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Great, over the phone Tony gave me a idea to try before he sent someone over, didn't work. Quickly set up a time for a service call and Jim Hawkinson repacked the existing valve and installed a second one which will now be the main stop and not leak through. Because we have no idea where our outside shut-off valve is located I was afraid that this was going to be a very expensive proposition but not so.

The quote was high so I didn't end up using it because it was high. The estimate was good. Actually it was cheaper for me to just do it myself, so I just did it that way.

The work performed met my expectations and the pricing was easy to understand.
