My kitchen sink faucet was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called Tony LaMartina because they are in my area and had a very good rating. The plumber came out and asked if I had a new faucet. When I didn't (I wouldn't have known what kind to get), the plumber said they did not have any faucets available and he would have to go buy one and it was going to cost more. He was back in a very short time. It only took him 30 minutes to put in the new faucet. After he finished , he told me the cost was $686 which was way more than I expected. I called the office twice to get a receipt to see why it was so much. I was told they do not separate their receipts between labor and materials. After talking to a couple of plumbers, I was told that amount was indeed way more than it should have been. I will never call them again.

I had work done by them int he past at two sererate residences. When I called again last week for fa estimate on at one of the properties, they said it would be $89.00 for a service call, that would be applied if I had the work done. Their listing on Angie states "free estimates." There were no problems with the two past services or payment.

Not well. Left bowl sink spout leaked almost immediately; plumber came back and replaced supply line though apparently that wasn’t the issue (see below). In addition, noticed that plumber badly scratched the marble the day earlier when remove faucet valve cover. Further, the flow from that faucet was greatly reduced thereafter. I didn’t pursue it because I seldom used that sink, forgot about it and then the pandemic hit. By time I followed up with Tony LaMartina, it was out of warranty. They were relatively indifferent and wanted to charge me for follow up. Ultimately I contracted with another highly reputable plumber I’ve used before who said the problem was when the old valve was replaced, some of the washer lodged in the spout and corrupted it. Said plumber should’ve known this at time of repair. In any case I now have to replace the very expensive Kohler spout and pay the labor to install plus todays labor to diagnose the issue. Plumber tried to save the current spout to no avail. So due to incompetence of previous plumber I’m basically paying double again and then some to fix something they broke. Very frustrating. Tony LaMartina Plumbing should reimburse me for the costs incurred here due to their negligence.

Great very professional very prompt kept me informed. I had no hot water for a few days and they did everything they could to get the parts needed as fast as they could. I would definitely recommend them.

They called in response to my request for a free estimate. They informed that they would need to send out a plumber to review the project and I will be charged a $65 service fee that would be waived if I hire them for the job. That's not a free estimate. Please update your information.

Problem Fri & located on Angie. Tony's plumber was to call Mon. Mon staff said their 1 plumber was backed up with more days wait. Suggested call elsewhere. Just found map. If address was posted instead of PO Box would have called closer initially. Disappointing.

Went well. Fast. Crew took care of all this in 1 day. Cleaned up when job done.

I made an appointment for a Friday spot from 12-2. I got a call saying that their plumbers were busy on other calls and might not get to my home until very late in the day. I offered to reschedule for the next Friday for the same time slot. I got a call a little after 2pm, again saying that they were oh so busy and couldn’t make my appointment. Would I reschedule for Monday? No, I most certainly would not. A company that would pull this 2 weeks in a row doesn’t care about its smaller customers. Give them a pass.

All went well. They are vary professional, prompt and affordable.

We called LaMartina for this problem. They said they do not do this particular kind of work but, recommended Gateway Sewer and Drain and they came out the very next day and fixed the problem very quickly. So wonderful to know a business we can trust who will recommend another company if they don't do certain work. Very happy!

Pipes quickly fixed last winter. Today, James evaluated water heater and found leak at replaceable drainage valve, avoiding replacing the whole (expensive) heater. Strong work. Will use again.

ONCE THE COMPATIBLE FIXTURE WAS LOCATED, INSTALLATION WAS FINISHED IN A TIMELY WAY. WILL CALL THEM FOR OTHER PLUMBING NEEDS.

Excellent! The repair person (Eve ,not sure of the spelling, sorry!) quickly located the source of the problem--it was not the sink (as I first thought) but it was part of the toilet. Eve eventually determined that it was not the pipe per se, but a leaky seal around the toilet itself where it met the floor. Problem diagnosed, and fixed!

Brad, was professional, knowledgeable and proficient for the work at hand. Lucy answered my call for my service request. She was very professional and courteous. Lucy took my call at 1:00PM, Brad finished making the repair at 3:00PM. Amazing service. Will use again.

You can believe the great reviews you see here for this company. This is my go to plumber from now on. This was the most professional experience I've had with any service provider. Mike the estimator was prompt. He was friendly. He explained the problem and the solution. He was there roughly 20 minutes and told me I would receive an estimate within a few hours by email. I got the estimate which was about 1/2 of another estimate I had received. After a quick phone call with Matt LaMartina, the work was scheduled. Kevin & Matt (the apprentice) arrived right on time. Again, both were friendly. They again explained what they would do. It took about 4 hours to do the work. They cleaned and swept up the work area. We shook hands and that was it! I was really impressed with this company from the start. They send a bio on the estimator before he gets there and another bio on the plumber doing the work so you know their qualifications. Everything was so professional. Would definitely recommend LaMartina and will certainly call them first if the need arises. Thanks to Matt, Mike, & Kevin!

Mike replaced the diverter in a kitchen faucet. We had another plumber in to do the repair a few months ago. He was unable to replace to diverter but still charged $198.00 for replacing the stems. The flow was only a little better. Mike replaced the diverter easily and professionally for the cost of the service call and 1/2 hour labor. He also answered questions and provided valuable information. I will not hesitate for a second to call Tony LaMartina Plumbing again.

AWESOME. I even can leave a key for them come into the house to get their job done.

He fixed it in no time, showed up right on time and was out in 30 minutes.
