Plumber phoned prior to arriving to let us know he was on his way. Was prompt, professional and efficient. We're very satisfied and will use LaMartina Plumbing for our plumbing needs in the future.

I was very impressed with this company from my first phone call. The very professional man who took my call spent a lot of time with me discussing toilet options and about bringing our pipe connection in the kitchen up to code. Chris, called when he was on the way and arrived in a timely manner. Everything turned out well and we were very happy with this plumbing company.

Excellent! The provider was very professional and helpful. He was on time and worked quickly. I had tried to use the "needle/pin poke valve" for the fridge waterline. It was leaking just a little. The provider installed a permanent valve and it has had no problems. The mainline had an old gate valve that wouldn't fully shut. He couldn't legally replace it without getting the water company involved; so, he placed the new ball valve a foot or so after the old valve. It works great, a quarter turn and the water is off.

The plumber was delayed slightly by complications from the previous job but he called to keep us advised of the slight delay. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He let the work site clean and was very friendly. The front office helped with a bit of a problem. We will use them again..

I am writing you to let you know that the above mentioned company contacted me and said that in light of the Angie's list review, they were cancelling my appointment for September 11, 2015 and refunding $5.17. He also stated that I can get a plumber somewhere else . The problem I'm having with this company is that I am owed a service that was paid for in advance through your Big Deal. I have had to hire another plumber to fix the job that they didn't do, the drip has stopped and the invoice is attached. I am going dispute the whole transaction with my credit company, because I'm not satisfied with their response. I feel like I'm being ripped off by Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company. See attached invoice from Roto Rooter done today 09/04/2015. For $59.00 I have no leaks in my bath tub and he came out within an hour of me calling the company.

Mike was very polite and answered my questions patiently. He seemed very knowledgeable and cleaned up all debris before coming upstairs.

He explained that it would be quite expensive to fix the light because the whole unit had to be removed from the wall. Based on the cost, did we want to proceed? Again, I appreciated his honesty and decided the cost was worth having the microwave light back. We cleared the island, he protected it with a tarp and proceeded to remove the microwave, take it apart and put in the new bulb. He worked quickly and cleanly.

Chris Davidson was the plumber who provided my service. He was on-time, and LaMartina Plumbing sent an e-mail to let me know when he was on his way, and the ultimate in professionalism. The repairs were performed promptly and properly. I've delayed writing a review because I wanted to make certain the repairs held and they have. Excellent work.

Very straightforward. Replaced the broken pipe and helped explain how to prevent it from freezing again.

The man showed up in a timely manner and repaired the parts that needed to be repaired. He did not try to sell me more than I needed and was very nice. He worked efficiently and showed me what was wrong and how he would replace/repair it. He offered to repair another part that I wanted to fix but had not thought about so he was observant as well. I would hire him again.

Everything was professional from start to finish. I received a text and email stating when serviceman Mike would arrive, complete with picture of him so I would know who to look for. He also called to say he was on the way. Repairs were made quickly. Nothing was out of place or dirty after the work was completed. I received the invoice for payment immediately via email noting it had been paid. My only complaint would be that the shower part cost $75. but otherwise, the service call was perfect.

They installed the kitchen faucet and proceeded to tell us that our plumbing to the kitchen sink was not done to code and had not been installed properly. The technician took pictures and stated Tony would need to come out and look at it and that they would be calling us to set up another appt. I have not heard from them since. The installation cost was nearly twice that of Lowes for one hour of labor.

Yves was the plumber and he was polite and professional. He did a fine job of repairing the leak. But he was 40 minutes late because he wasn't given adequate directional info (my opinion, not his).Then I received a text from the office announcing his arrival after he left at 9:50 and another email announcing his arrival at 10:50 with a picture of the plumber. The text and email info would have been great if they came before he did for security reasons. I will use this company again.

The communication was excellent! I got a text letting me know the technician was on the way, plus an email about him. He arrived exactly at the designated time and got straight to work. He worked very quickly and efficiently. So far so good on the toilet not leaking. The price was fair. I was concerned the parts may be expensive but not at all. When my husband got home he noticed that the tank -- which was removed to do the work and put back on -- was off-center. I just measured it and sure enough, the tank is 2 inches from the wall on the left side and 3.5 inches from the wall on the right side. I guess I don't stand above the toilet looking down on it very often, ha. So I'll be giving them a call tomorrow to see if someone could stop by sometime to adjust it. Only downside of the work is that it took more than two weeks to get it on the calendar. When initially inquiring about the work, I emailed them asking if I was in the service area and they emailed me back that I was, and they could get me on the schedule for a week from then. I emailed back an hour and half later and mentioned I'd gotten the AngiesList deal, and was told that the slot had been booked. It would be 2+ weeks.

The work was performed correctly, but I was sent an invoice for more payment after the job was completed for the deal on Angie's list. I called to tell them I didn't owe more money and tore up the invoice

I highly recommended Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company. They were professional, on time, and courteous on the phone. They fixed a major plumbing issue for us in an older home, and we haven't had any issues since.

That was perfect. It went really well. I actually called around a lot and tried to price it out and everybody told me to go with him. I was kind of surprised to hear that from other plumbers. I started with the big deal price and then I had to pay for some materials and stuff like that.

We noticed some water damage in the walls of our basement that we weren't sure about the source of. Talking with the women who run the office was not only an absolute delight but also helpful in a way that left me feeling hopeful about not getting screwed later. Their plumber came out (on time!) and, with minimum fuss and cost to us, was able to find the source of the leak and fix it. We will DEFINITELY be using them again.

I bought a deal for $135 for a plumbing service call but I paid extra for additional services.

Looked on Angie's List for A rated plumbers. Saw a deal for this one with lots of good reviews. Bought the deal. Came out 5/6 and replaced cartridge in shower and adjusted another, improving water flow in both. Also cleaned and lubricated toilet handles so they would shut off consistently. I asked if replacing the spout and handles with original mfg. equipment (vs. generic) would improve even more. Repairman said it would. Agreed to order new. When did not hear for a a couple weeks or so, I called and Matt who indicated the parts would be in by the end of the week. Set up visit for 6/11. Mike came out and did not have the spout because they no longer made that style & thought they would try the diverter kit to keep costs down. Tried to fix with new diverter kit but result was not better. Asked Mike if Matt could find Moen spout that was similar and to provide a cost so I can make a decision as it was tolerable as is, given the work they had already done to improve it. He agreed. Mike also installed the 2 Kalista handles on the toilets. Matt sent picture of one and we agreed to set up another visit. Mike installed the spout and it does do a better job of diverting the water to the shower head. When I expressed some concern about possibly paying for labor and parts that did not improve things Matt agreed to make sure I did not get charged and adjusted the bill. Bottom line is everything works really well now and they provide a 2 year warranty, which I like. Plumbing work is just expensive I guess. Everyone I talked with at LaMartina was courteous, friendly and very professional. Their email and text system to let you know who is coming out and when is very impressive.

Used and Angie's List Deal and had to add some money to it. Very professional. I'm always surprised how much plumbing work costs.
