Installation went fast and the installer was efficient. He was courteous and the process was faster than expected. After the installation, he went through all of the features of the new water heater and the safety precautions.

I called them because we were having problems with our toilet flushing. They came out and supposedly cleared the blockage. The next day it is happening again. There was nothing of any substance flushed down the toilet other than water. I recieved a bill for 160.00 and informed them that the blockage is still there. They let me know they don't give a guarantee on clogged toilets which in my experience with plumbers at my business this is not the case. Needless to say they called me to schedule an appointment and told me I have to pay the full price again. So basically I'm giving this company my money for a service that didn't work. So much for making a customer happy. Just a fair warning to anyone using this company.

Excellent service and no hidden fees. I used another company to fix the leak last year, a company that I also got through Angie's list with A rating. They subcontracted the plumber so I ended up paying the company + the plumber separately + plumber's travel expense. The leak came back after a year which is why I called LaMartina. I had used them last year for a water heater replacement and was happy with their service as well. They didn't disappoint this time either. Clean pro work for upfront and honest pricing. I couldn't ask for more service. I wouldn't hire anyone else going forward.

They were great. What I had purchased them for wasn't like super urgent. They did make me wait for 5 weeks. If someone gives somebody an A, I wanted it to be perfect. They weren't perfect but they were really good.

63130Was very punctual showed up as scheduled. Had appropriate supplies and equipment on hand. Also cleaned up thoroughly inject his work to make sure that it functioned okay. Plummer very knowledgeable.

From the time I contacted Lauren in the office to when the work was completed, the whole process was smooth and easy. I was hard to reach by phone due to my work schedule and so I corresponded through email with Lauren to set everything up. Then I was emailed the name of the technician and a picture, and I was texted when the plumber was on the way. Kevin was the plumber they sent out and he was very quick and efficient and cleaned up everything when he was finished.

Our old kitchen faucet was leaking--badly--but we dragged our feet on getting it fixed until it broke completely and we had no water! We had purchased a replacement several weeks ago, but--did I mention dragging our feet??? I called Wednesday and left a message. Lauren promptly returned the call and an appointment was made for today for the 11AM-1PM window. We received a call at 10AM to see if they could come sooner!! Brad arrived on time and even though we have a corner sink and a very small work area, he was able to install the new faucet within a reasonable time. Brad was very professional and left everything cleaner than when he got there. We will definitely use Tony LaMartina for all our plumbing issues. Thank you for a job well done!

They installed our dishwasher. They did a great job, were on time, and were polite. I had an extra charge of $135, unfortunately its more than Best Buy would have charged to install the dishwasher. I did not like that, price is very important. I would use them in the future, but I will be more careful about the extra costs.

This is the second time I've used LaMartina -both times very professional from scheduling the appointment to the technician's service and explaining of the situation and repair. Quality work.

What a great plumber. Professional, good at explaining what he was doing and why, very nice. Wanted to make sure the problem really was the toilet and not the sewer (I guess basement toilets often reveal sewer problems), which I really appreciated. Did a nice job on the toilet, everything clean, painless for me. The office staff is also really nice, really like the communication via email to confirm appointment, nice touch.

Estimate was quick and Yves, the plumbing expert, did a wonderful job. Very professional and courteous. I used this company a few months ago using Angie' List and knew I would feel confident using them again.

They said they were going to come early because the first job cancelled. Then when they didn't show up, I called. They said an emergency with another job came up, and he would be there later. I would get a text when he was on his way. I did get a text much later. My only issue was the time got changed again. He did a great job, and was professional. We would use them again.

I made the order and a week later I was able to get the toilet installed. The toilet installation went very well. I paid $135 to Angie's List, but in the end I paid 307, which is double the Angie's List fee. The nice thing was that I was emailed with the plumber's information before he arrived and I received the invoice and such electronically.

The technician, Mike Muhlhauser, arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He located the problem within a few minutes and completed the repair within an hour. Very happy with the service and would use them again. (Total cost of the service listed includes a 30% Angie's List discount.)

The provider was punctual and completed the work in a timely basis. The area that was worked in was clean upon completion. Continuing to monitor flooring for any further signs of leakage.

Chris was very nice and worked quickly. Though he arrived later than scheduled, the office and Chris kept me updated in a timely fashion - very professional. I would definitely call them again!

Yves took great care with existing tile and did a great job. As all of LaMartina's plumber do!!

The guy came in and looked at the problem. Gave me confidence that he knew exactly how to resolve the spraying leak. Although it was a bit scary to see the torches come out and burn through the pipes - the guy was safe and professional. He did fix both problems and I have not had any issues since. Good job !! He had tons of experience - told me he was a master plumber and he explained all the time and experience it takes to reach that level of expertise in his field. He really gained my trust. Thank you.

I called and was able to get an appointment the next week. Mike came during the given time frame and I asked him questions regarding the plumbing stack while he was there. He got right to work and finished in about 1.5 hours. Friendly and courteous, and did a great job.

It went pretty smoothly. We ended up paying more because they took longer than I expected. The person who came was quite knowledgeable in terms of what type of replacement we needed to have but when I talked on the phone with the company I think they didn't know the specifics. So actually the guy had to come back twice; the first time he saw what the problem is and the second time we got the parts. It would be nice if someone on the phone can directly tell us what we need. The price was okay, not cheap and i guess that's the current market now. They were pretty responsive.

I love these guys. Neat, professional, efficient, provides good advice and options. I have used them multiple times and will hire again.
