They had to come out several different times because we had to go buy a faucet. It just took them an hour or two. They were very nice. They cleaned up well.

I used them and they were very good. The work was excellent.

Technician came. It took him more than 1.5 hours to change a tank to bowl gasket, which didn't fit well at the first place. He was reluctant to look anything further since he had to go for another assigned work. The gasket he changed leaked again by the end of 2nd day after change. The toilet leaks from the base and he didn't have time to finish the work (that's the answer I got). This is a really bad business model. They want to fix some small things in a fixed time window. They need to rush.

Very good experience. I paid for it before and today was free, because come back and correct it.

The two plumbers who came out to do the work were on time, friendly, professional, and cleaned up before leaving. The price was excellent and they stuck to the quoted price even though their costs were slightly higher. The work looks great.

After shortly moving into our new home, had Tony LaMartina come in and replace our first and second floor bathroom stack, as well as replacing and relocating a water heater. We had about four bids on the job, and Tony LaMartina was middle of the road for pricing. However, what stood out was their professionalism and making us feel confident about the job. Other plumbers had come in and made it sound like the job was going to be a pain. I really liked that we got a text whenever they were on their way, and who would be coming. Yves was prompt and very friendly. Everyone I interacted with was very professional. I have already recommended them to friends.

Kevin was awesome. He was there when he said he would be. He finished the main stack in one and half days and completed one bathroom (toilet and sink) the second half of day two. We had to fix the wall in the one bathroom so Kevin came back after we finished the wall and hooked up the one toilet and sink and tub in about 3 hours. Kevin was very efficient and extremely kind and helpful in answering our questions. We would definitely hire him again.

Tony LaMartina Plumbing contacted me via email and text 15 minutes prior to the plumber arriving. The plumber (Rudy) did an excellent job of quickly diagnosing the problem. The problem was a leaking drain in the shower. Rudy replaced the shower drain after having to cut out some of the ceiling drywall. Rudy was efficient and professional throughout the repair.

Rudi Ballard the plumber came to our house and fixed the problem. We had previously received an estimate from another plumbing company that said it would cost $10,000 to fix the problem. I decided to get a second opinion and I am glad I did. The total cost was $242.00. Needless to say I am ecstatic. Tony LaMartina and Rudi saved Thanksgiving for us this year. This company is very professional. They send out an email before the plumber gets to your house that provides his name and some information about his experience and personal interests. This is the first time a contractor has done that and I thought it was a nice touch. Rudi was on time-even a little early which was ok. Great company, fantastic service.

My Dad was very pleased. The plumber did a good job, and my Dad liked him personally. It took a lot for my Dad to allow someone to help because he used to do everything himself. Now he needs some help, and the plumber kept him in the loop and did not treat him like he was "old." The plumber cleared a toilet line, and the bathroom now functions as it should.

There were a few challenges for the plumber doing the installation due to the way my old toilet had been installed which took extra time, however Ives solved the problems. The American Standard Champion Pro toilet I had installed is great!

It was awful, they were terrible. I mean they come up and they go can you fix this and they be like well you'll have to find the part and then you wouldn't hear from them and then I think something two years later they have the part.
