Description of Work: Reglaze bathtub and did some extra caulking around floor and fixtures. Jason got here on time, worked steady, explained the work, how to take of it and what not to do to it. The extra caulking had nothing to do with the bathtub and was done at a very good price. Paid only for extra caulking that was done.

They did always respond within 24 hours, just don't expect to pick up the phone and top speak with someone immediately. They did a great job, it was as they described it would be and I would use them again.

I left a voice mail message and specifically stated that I had gotten their name and number from Angie's List, and that I was particularly interested in their statement, "Lifetime Guarantee for Angie's List Members."

 + -1 moreThe person showed up on time, started right into work, was done when estimated. Some people commented on horrible smell from process, but he had the windows open on the 2nd floor and I did not experience much odor. We could not use this tub for 48 hours and have not had a problem since. The discolored tub is bright white again and looks great.
Description of Work: I had one bathtub that was terribly stained and worn resurfaced.

Description of Work: Price is not the cheapest but the work was excellent. In and out in a day. After the installation we decided to have another towel rack and soap dish installed. After calling them back they were out the next day for the additional installations.

 + -1 moreThey came when they said they would. Were very respectful to our house and to the family living there. They were there for about 2-3 hours and were finished. Cleaned up everything, and other than the odor, and a newly refinished bathtub, you wouldn't have know that they had been there. I do have a suggestion to the company though. Let people know beforehand about the strong odor as a result of getting this done. It wasn't a big deal for us because the weather outside was nice and we were able to keep our windows open to ventilate the smell.
Description of Work: We had an old 70's green bathtub that we had tried to refinish ourselves and it ended up chipping less than a year old. The Tub Company was able to come in (they didn't need to strip down the refinish that we had done ourselves) and refinished the bathtub very nicely.

The technician showed up when scheduled and worked for about three hours on the tub and it looks great. We had to avoid using the tub for 24 hours after the work.

Description of Work: JEREMEAH CAME OUT AND COMPLETELY STRIPPED THE TUB OF THE WORK THAT A HANDYMAN HAD DONE TRYING TO TREAT THE TUB. AFTER COMPLETELY REMOVING THAT HE COMPLETELY RESTORED THE TUB TO BETTER THAN ORIGINAL CONDITION, BY PUTTING DOWN A PERMANENT NON-SKID SURFACE.
