Description of Work: I was mostly pleased with the work this company did to replace my flatroof and skylight on the back 1/2 of my home. Only detracting thing I have to report is that they put their construction waste, including sharp, splintered glass into our alley dumpsters.

Description of Work: Replaced roof on house and detached garage. Everything went very smoothly and they even fulfilled my request to take pictures of the roof from there so I didn't have to climb up on the ladder.

Description of Work: The work is ongoing because of weather& architectural issues. Thus the good rating. For so far so good.

Description of Work: We had a bad roof leak on the garage. Called Anthony ( who was out of town), he sent his crew leader to look at the roof. Anthony responded the same day we agreed on price and the roof was replaced the following day.

Description of Work: They replaced a flat roof on a 4 family building that had hail damage. They worked with me and the insurance company to get the job done on budget and in a very short period of time.

Description of Work: In some ways, this was a tough one to rate. On the plus side, they were extremely quick to respond, and even had a crew out the very next day doing the repairs on my roof with only a verbal ok from me--hadn't even signed the contract! It's been six months, and so far so good on the repair work. Anthony was very prompt and professional. | |On the negative side, the company's website clearly states that they accept credit cards. Yet when it came time to pay, I was told that they would need a check, as their credit card machine "had been down for a few days". While paying by check wasn't a problem, I really got the feeling that I was being given a line of bull so the company wouldn't have to pay Visa their 2-3 percent. The company also promises to send pictures of the completed job to customers, (count me among those who won't climb up onto a two story building's roof) but I never received them. The crew did an ok job of cleaning up the roofing debris, but my lawn had footprints of silver roofing paint for the next month, thanks to one of the workers. | |While I am satisfied with the job that they did on the roof (which is warranted against leaking for three years), not sure that the price was all that competitive...but like most of us, I find that it always costs more than I'm thinking when it comes to home repairs. | |Would use them again, which ultimately is all that counts when you're looking for a reference!

Description of Work: Replaced flat roof with torch down rubber .Built up low areas fixed all drains as promised

Description of Work: Modified torch down rubber flat roof installed on a four unit apartment building. They also replaced two 100 year old skylights while they were up there. The roofing measured just under 2500 square feet and was priced at $6500, the skylights were and additional $700.

Description of Work: I live in South St. Louis city in a three story, long and narrow brick home. Anthony fixed my flat roof. He told me right away that I didn't need a new roof yet. He installed GAF Brand Ruberoid sheeting onto the entire wall flashings, and then flood coated the upper and lower surfaces (and wall flashings) with Tam-Pro Brand Aluminum Roof Coating. I also had some tuck pointing performed on 2 chimneys. There is a 5 year leak free guarantee. Two other companies that I contacted would not give any type of "leak free" guarantee since they were not going to tear off/replace the whole roof.
