The Cleaning Authority - Concord

Description of Work: Cleaning Authority (CA) sends two 'girls' to my house and they clean the rooms I use most, bed bath kitchen, living, dining rooms. This is at my request. You can arrange whatever you want at the 'appraisal' meeting with CA management. | |I have been using CA for a few years now and I am very pleased with the service. They will change the date/time of the cleaning if a conflict arises (which happens often). CA is very convenient, responsive to my needs, and thorough. I recommend them to anyone who doesn't have the time nor inclination (me) to clean the house.

Description of Work: They have been performing cleaning services in my home for several years. The owner and his rep are very responsive. The cleaning crews are very courteous and efficient. They do a superb job in my home. I am very pleased to recommend this Cleaning Authority to anyone looking for this service.

Description of Work: Overall experience was good. They did a very nice job of cleaning my kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. An issue that I had was that I was not scheduled properly so that no one showed up when I was expecting them. They were quick to get me on the schedule for that day, but still showed up almost 2 hours later than the quoted time. In addition, I wished to change some of the areas to be cleaned that day, but was told that they needed to stick to the areas I had given them when I made the appointment. Again, overall experience was good, but not excellent.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate, they came to house gave me an estimate. At this time decided not to use them due to change in my work hours. When I decided not to use them the were understanding and not pushy. Wod consider using in future.

Description of Work: They come on a biweekly basis for housecleaning. I have used them for years! They do good work. Typically they send Claudia out and she is very detailed. Sometimes they send out someone else and I have to specifically request for Claudia.

Description of Work: My apartment was so that when I let the dog in after they left, he was lost! I thought that 5 people was a lot for a 6 room apartment, but the place spartkled. Someone got down on their hands and knees and cleaned the kitchen floor where it meets the cabinets and walls and wiped away the accumulated scum from when I cleaned it. The stovetop was shiny. They even cleaned the light switchplates! The hardwood was cleaned and the rugs vacuumed. The bathroom was immaculate. I was very pleased and will use them again.

Description of Work: We have our home cleaned weekly by The Cleaning Authority. It makes our lives much easier! We had the same team of cleaner for a long time, recently it has been different people though. I really like the rotating areas of attention they do; one week they focus on different parts of the house to detail clean. The team we had for a long time was wonderful, they would always go in and say hello to our dogs and give them treats when they came in so that the dogs knew who was here and what was going on. Overall very happy with the services, have only had one issue and it was corrected right away!
