Terminix - Saint Louis -Termite & Pest Control

The inspector guy went in the attic and the crawl space and had lots of suggestions. The other guy sprayed for bugs and put out traps for the mice. Very nice - both of them.

We don't have any termites. They send a card telling you they are going to come.

They will come whenever I call with no extra cost. They do everything. Their quality of work is great.

They installed the things a long time ago. We have an annual maintenance contract with them for $250. When they come out, they always contact us in advance to let us know that they are coming and would be here the next day. When they spray, they make sure that they let us know as to how many animals are out there that could be harmed by the sprays and they usually leave a note letting us know they were here after they had left and if they found anything that they may feel needs attention. So, they are very professional.

They are thorough, polite. No complaints.

They are local. They have their appointments, and they are pretty flexible if we think that they need to come back out or if we ants or some other bugs crawling around. They come back out and they don’t charge. Their charge is for one time, and if they have follow ups then there is no extra charge. When the gentleman was here, we told him we had two things that we don’t like about them. We told them that if they do it one more time we will cancel their service. When we had field voles all over the place outside and popping out of our little flower beds, they said they don’t handle that outside but only if it comes into our house. The voles got into our garage, and we were afraid they would get into out car. We called them, but they came out and said they don’t do interiors for that kind of pests. We asked them about the problem in the garage, and they put some sticky things in little boxes and we caught a couple of them. We were disappointed because they don’t treat the perimeter of the places outside of our house for pests like mice and such. We had to call a different person out. The man that comes out all the time is a little bit anxious. I scheduled him so that I can be here when I get out from work. My daughter gets home before me. He comes at 5 and I come at 5:30, so she says she has prevented him from leaving. I scheduled him at 5:30, but he came at 5. They always leave a door hanger to let us know they were here.

They are a good company. I don't get a lot of contact with them. I haven't had any problems with them and I guess that is all you can ask for. They seem to have a good price. They bill me. They are a big company.

They were competent and timely. I would use them again.

I pay them annually for the treatment and to keeping it up. They gentle men who was here was very effective and doing inspection, and he fortunately didn’t find any issues and cleared the inspection and was here for may be here for fifteen minutes; he did the basement ,the garage and the outside.

I've used them for years and years. They are very nice and professional. They do a good job. Their deal is that if I see bugs, they will come right back at no charge but I haven't seen any. The price is good. I will continue to use them.

We like the fact that we can have the termites under control or eradicated without having to drill holes in our basement. They did the termite treatment, and we never had a problem with that again.

I've been doing business with them for a good 7 years now. It's always been the same person and he's very reliable. We agreed to the time. They leave it up to me to decide the time they would come. They're always good about that. He's always on time.

Ever three months they need to come check the base station. They are doing a great job.

I used their services for many years. I had a contract with them. I am very happy with their services and they did a good job.

They really did a bad job. I found out that they were actually attracting ants to my house, and that is killing. They are still coming out to my house, but I don’t have them for ants. They come for the termites. I like their service with regards to termite control, but not with regards to ants.

They are a standard pest control company. I don't like their price or their service hours. I am never here when they come so they can not get into the house. I am continuing to use them until I can find a better deal.

I took on the contract of the people who used to live at my house. Otherwise I wouldn't keep them. Their price is decent but I don't really care for their services. They come out before termite season comes to check for damage. Yet when I notice termites in the house they take forever to come back.

Scott from Terminix has been coming here for years and he is very good. He is going to be here again next week. I am a pastor and we have been using them for our church as well. He just sprayed around the outside of my house for bugs and checked for termites. It works as I have not had little ants since they have been coming out. In fact, about 10 people in the church are now using them as I had used them first, and the church has been free of spiders and ants as well.

They're fine and come within 4-6 times a year. We have a contract with them.

They have put stakes around. They were pretty quick. They were clean and spread out and they did a good job. They were good.

I don't even have to think about it. The guy just shows up and sprays, and takes care of the bugs. Their price is competitive. I would continue to use them in the future.

They are always encouraging me to get more services. They take care of the termites on the inside and outside of my home.

They come out anytime for inspection and treatment as needed.

I like that they are friendly and knowledgeable. If there's any issues after their first service they come out as soon as possible. Normally within a day. If there's any more problems after that, it's free.

They were referred to us and they came to the house and discussed what they would do.
