Description of Work: Workers are always willing to go the extra mile - our current representative is professional, friendly and thorough. However, the office continues to make appointments without notifying me, which I have repeatedly asked them to do so I can make sure our dogs are kept inside during and after the visit.

Description of Work: Terminex does a good job, but they are very expensive, I think, for the amount of work they do. When I had termite protection as well as regular pest protection, I could not coordinate both services on my member account on the website. They also had a huge problem with notifying of appointments and then not showing up. That has improved. I would get another service that is cheaper, but I don't have bugs so am reluctant to change.

Description of Work: I've been on contract with Terminix for about 15 years. No problems. If I see something that makes me scream, I call them, they come out and take care of it. Nothing glamorous or very different from other exterminators, but since they perform regular (every other month) service, I don't see much. As it should be.

Description of Work: I cancelled inside spraying because they went from monthly spraying to Quarterly paying without a reduction in price. I only kept the termite protection. They come once per yr and do the inspection - they don't inspect all the stations and leave a one page doc at the residence and it does not state whether the results were positive or negative; just that they did the inspection. As the owner of the property, I'd expect to get the annual inspection result mailed to my home but instead, they leave it at the property which is rented.

Description of Work: They came for our regular spraying. Whatever they do works, as we have no varmints around. Also if bugs happen to appear, all you need to do is call and they come right out. Been happy with them for several years.

Description of Work: They come twice a year to check outside parameters and inside the home for signs of termites. Our biggest complaint is the increases in billing every year. We've been able to negotiate the amount of bill but are having to do it every year. The amount went up to $290 this year. After discussing with company they agreed to $193. We've used their services for over 15 years and this would be my biggest complaint.
