They were hard workers, they kept working until the job was done. They did a good job. They now cut my lawn every week.

They are always at my house brtight and early every other Wednesday to cut and trim the grass. It always looks very nice when they leave.

I asked for an estimate to cut my lawn. I called on a Friday of a holiday weekend and got a response before the holiday. Very quick and affordable. I faxed back my acceptance and was put on the schedule for the same week. I was told that my lawn would be cut on Wednesday or Thursday due to the shortened week. On Friday I called and checked as my lawn had not been cut yet. I received a call that same day and was told they investigated the problem. I was told that my name had been on the list but it was moved to the bottom. The gentleman said they would cut my yard by Sunday or Monday of that week and would give me a free cut. They did as they stated and my yard was cut on that Sunday. When my bill came I didn't read it correctly and sent an email regarding it. I received a response the next day and it explained the issue- I was wrong and did not see the entire bill. I am very pleased with the service of this company. They responded to my inquiries very quickly and when I had an issue they responded with a quick efficient manner. They provide a variety of lawn care and I will be using them for more services next year. ( I have prepaid for my lawn care- fertilizing etc this year)

My lawn is cut professionally and quickly. I would happily recommend this company to anyone who needs basic lawn mowing service. They responded to my request for an estimate within hours and had me on the schedule the following week. They are very good about contacting me in advance if my mowing date is changed, too.

Tennant Lawn Service has provided consistent and excellent service to our home and to our sub-division for over 5 years. They are prompt and most important are the most thorough landscapers I've used. They will not leave a job until it is done and done right.

I was not crazy about it. It was inconsistent. Some applications were applied evenly, and some looked heavier in some areas.

Our last service was a no-show this year and since we had sold our mower, our lawn got really tall. Called Tennant and they were there that week to cut down the grass. They were professional and quick. They have been on time and have done a great job so far (we have now used them for 2 months). Their weekly price is very fair. I have called the office and either reached a person right away or they called back very quickly.

They did a great job, but for some reason only did the front lawn at first. Took them a week to get around to doing my backyard. They seemed pretty hard to get a hold of too. E-mails were not answered promptly, or sometimes at all. I think the price was fair, not entirely sure. It was some tall grass. No complaints about quality.

They do our lawn. They do an excellent job cutting our yard. They cut our lawn every week. They do lawn treatment, like last year when it was like so hot here all my neighbors yard was awful and mine was awesome. They are a little pricey, but I feel that they worth it. They do an excellent job. They always get back with me when I call.

Tennant Lawn Service have been coming out regularly since we found them. They are awesome. The quality of their work and attention to detail is outstanding. They are going to do some planting.

The pavers that they did for us started sinking two years ago just after the warranty was over. We don’t know if this could be prevented because we don’t know anything about it. It was just some steps and the way they built them is that some pavers are sinking and the other outer pavers are out so it has become a tripping hazard. We don’t want to call them to fix it because we don’t expect them to do it for free. There were right where they should have been for pricing because we had a couple of different bids as well. Their pricing was average. At the end of their work there were a couple of things that we were not happy with and they tried to fix it but it had reached a point where they couldn’t do anything; everything was laid and they would have had to tear everything out. They were here on time but they did not know what the challenges are for doing the job. They were punctual.

Project was extensive and ran into problems (with existing retaining wall) but rep was very helpful in providing opinions and working in problems with current project. We had attempted to replant 3 rose bushes although was unsure if they would survive. While they were continuing work, the bushes were watered by crew daily. Bushes did not survive and I had to make a change to what would go into their place. I did extensive research on proper way to build a wall (existing retaining wall had been poorly built and started to fall apart) and asked crew many questions regarding how they were building it. They all answer correctly according to the research I did. The rep (John G.) and the crew went over and beyond to help me in any questions that I had as well as accompany me with their opinions as well as my view of what I had wanted done and what it would look like. After completion, they were very helpful in some small redo work (some pavers settled and were a little uneven, proper setting of sprinkler heads.) I recently had a problem with an outlet that my lighting is plugged into (had a outlet installed by a company whom they recomended) and John G. was able to talk to the company that he had recommended and he came out and fixed the problem for me with no charge and work was done quickly. I was impressed with the work and outcome of my project that my parents had them do similar landscaping work for them. They are happy as well. I have had many compliments on how great my landscaping looks.

The price was decent. It was good work. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. It was very timely. Everything worked out very well.

Reliable, reasonable, great results. They know to avoid cutting our grass too short. They will skip a week or more if necessary during extremely dry periods. The lawn looks very nice when they are done.

Great service, easy to deal with. Only problem we experienced was relocating our hoses in our flower beds. The workers were too casual in moving the hoses. Our concern was they might damage plants. Called and did not happen again.

The company was very quick to return my phone call. The estimate was done while I was at work and the quote sent to me via email. They were professional and responsive. The price quoted was $35 plus an additional 25% because I only wanted service every other week. I have previously had the same lawn mowed for $25, about 3 or 4 years ago. Given inflation I was willing to accept a cost of $35 even though it takes me about 5 mowings to even use a gallon of gasoline. What I was not happy with was being penalized an additional $8 - $9 because I only want the service every other week. In my opinion this additional fee is unwarranted. I will be mowing the yard the alternate week myself so it's not like there is any added wear and tear on their equipment. However, it being their policy, I used my discretion to choose not to employ them.

They always did a good job, showed up when they said they would, and left the property in good order.
