Lee was EXTREMELY helpful!!!! He listened to what is causing us stress (from a tech perspective) and offered advise when he felt he was qualified to do so. Another bright spot was that he admitted when he was not 100% sure and said he would research my questions when he felt confident in the answer.

Mr. Fischer is a very patient man !! I was very aggravated that my new printer never worked and he methodically trouble shot the problem and made this " obstinate printer " finally perform. I apparently installed this printer several times, so he cleaned up my goofs and got it to work perfectly. I was very pleased with his service and his professional demeanor and can recommend him without reservation.

Lee was very professional and receptive. Lee gave us pointers on use of the program.

I showed Lee to my entertainment area and explained/demonstrated the problems I was having with my Harmony Universal remote for my new Samsung tv. Since the tv was moved by the carpet installers the day before, it was no longer performing. It was originally programmed by my teenage grandson who has subsequently left for college. I also told him that the audio wasn't performing as it had. I asked if he needed my assistance with anything and he stated that he didn't . I provided him with a bottle of water and went downstairs. At the end of an hour, he called me to come up and help him move the tv. He stated that the wires on the audio had pulled out, probably from being moved. He asked for any literature on my entertainment components. An hour later, I checked and he had made no progress on reprogramming the remote. He stated that "it" acted differently every time he pressed a button. I laughed and said that when I say that to my computer savvy friends, they say it is operator error. He got very upset and told me that I was insulting him and hurting his feelings. I told him that I was not insulting him, but merely stating that he was having undue difficulty in fixing the unit, and if he would like to throw in the towel, I would pay him for re-attaching the audio wire. He said that he wanted to continue working on the remote which was no closer to functioning than it was before he came. My manuals were spread all over the floor, but he didn't seem to have a clue about getting the remote functioning, though he continued to punch buttons very aggressively. He told me that I owed him $160. I told him that was ridiculous, as it was clear that he didn't know what he was doing and had accomplished virtually nothing. He was perspiring effusively and was very defensive. I agreed that I would pay him $100 and that I wanted him to leave. He insisted that he couldn't know how to use the Universal Remote, as he didn't have one. He said he wanted to stay till he figured it out. I told him to leave. As he walked out, he said I wasn't fair to him for making him leave. I told him that the last thing I wanted was for him to stay additional hours and try to charge me for them. HORRIBLE experience. I am out $100 and still have a non-functioning remote.

After a virus deleted some important data files and programs from my HP computer, I was able remove the offending virus and reinstall most my programs and data with no problems. However, a few issues remained with Outlook and some other programs. I also had another HP computer with some minor issues and questions that I wanted a professional to look at. Finally, I wanted someone to look at both computers to make sure that they were totally virus free and in good working condition. Lee Fischer was very responsive and, although we are a few miles out of his normal service area, he came out the next day. Lee spent several hours correcting the problems and checking the equipment out. After he left, there was one remaining issue so I contacted him on the phone the following day and I was very impressed by how hard he worked and how much time he spent with me on the phone to help resolve that last issue. He even stopped by the next day just to make sure that the fix was done properly and that everything was OK. While working on the computers, Lee gave me some excellent, straightforward, and easy to understand advice and tips on how to keep my equipment running problem free. Two weeks have passed since Lee finished and all of the equipment has been running as good or, maybe even better, than ever.

I called him over the weekend and he was able to come out on Monday afternoon. I work out of my home and submit time sheet sheets and progress notes by scanning them and sending them via encrypted email; so if my printer is "down", I don't get paid. Lee was very efficient and friendly.

It was fine. It worked out very well. It has been working fine since then. He was able to get to me very quickly.

I had several other questions about the computer and how to work some programs. He answered all my questions and showed me how to complete my task and made me feel very at ease. He was very helpful and I would recommend him.

The provider showed up promptly after I called him and performed all the necessary tasks to get my laptop performing properly. He removed a number of viruses and malware. I'm completely satisfied with the work he performed and would recommend him to anyone.

Unfortunately, Lee was not able to unjam it on the spot, but did succeed a few days later. He actually worked on it after I had given up and purchased a new printer but only charged for the two hours he was physically in my office. Ultimately, he was able to get the printer unjammed but because I believe it is likely on its last leg, I purchased a replacement. I appreciated Lee's continued efforts, particularly since he did so without charge to me, and would use him again.

The provider did a great job, I would highly recommend him!!!

I found Lee Fischer on Angies List. I called, he answered and we discussed the problem and whether he could fix it. I felt very comfortable with him on the phone and he scheduled an appointment the very next morning. He came on time, did the work (which required that a large amount of the printer be disassembled), corrected the error, cleaned the printer and got it working again. Yay! What more could you want?

The plug for re-charging my laptop wasn't making a good connection with battery. Over the phone Lee thought the wire would just need to be soldered and the cost would be about $50. He worked on taking it apart at my home until he realized that there wasn't anything to be soldered because an entire sealed unit had to be replaced. He took the computer home, ordered the part and replaced it. I also had several keys that work on my keyboard and he asked if I wanted the keyboard replaced which I agreed to. He also did a general "tune-up" at my request so that I'd know it was operating at peak performance. All of the work was well-done and I'm very happy with it. The only negative was that I forgot to get an estimate on the repair cost when soldering a wire wouldn't fix the problem. I knew the cost of the parts but not how much the labor would run. It was a bit of a surprise but I can't say the price was unfair since I know now that my laptop is in good shape and, more importantly, I can re-charge the battery!

Mr. Fischer was very professional and helpful. I appreciated his kind patience in answering the many questions and concerns that I had. As my computer is approximately 6-7 years old and has been extensively used by both my children and grandchildren, I would not have been surprised if he had told me that I should purchase a new computer. Instead, Mr. Fisher restored my computer so that it is now operating quickly and smoothly. I am very happy with his work.

Responded the same day; came by to look at issues. Returned today to start the fixes. He would have been able to do everything today except that my priority was to run backup and he couldn't resolve other issue while backup was running. He's pleasant, professional, very helpful. He solved issues that my children couldn't and that a previous distance provider couldn't. He gave me good, low-cost suggestions for various other issues I raised. I will definitely call Lee again.

Lee is responsive, profession, and pleasant. He monitors himself to needs of client. He is conscientious and desires to give you all information he can to help. I couldn't absorb all the info he supplied because of my limited experience. So in future I will have him just answer to my specific need and not go beyond.

We're a small church with 3 computers on our network. DSL Internet access was extremely slow--AT&T Uverse and Charter unavailable at our location. We had purchased a new router/modem, but unable to get it working properly. We contacted several Angie's List providers, but received the quickest response and service from Lee Fischer. He provided next day service (would have provided same day service had our Office Administrator been available). He worked steadily for 4 hours to determine all our issues, then rewired our LAN, provided printing capability for Pastor, instructed us on wireless password protection and got all computers performing quite satisfactorily. Lee was very conscientious and efficient and made sure no time was wasted. He even stopped by Office Depot on his way home to assist Pastor on purchase of wireless adaptor and followed up with a phone call to make sure eveything went well with the installation of the adaptor. We were extremely pleased with the service and have recommended Fischer Computer Services to all our members.

Lee was quick to call back, came the day I called, and even tried to walk me through fixing it myself. I thought that was pretty incredible trying to save me a service call. He was very nice and we were comfortable having him in our home. He addressed every problem I had with my laptop. He explained everything he was doing and even solved some old issues that I had been living with on my laptop. He even gave my family some helpful computer tips. My laptop is working like a dream now!

The hookup went very well Mr Fischer is very knowledgeable in computers and demon strated great knowledge and confidence throughout the operation. I had the feeling Mr. Fischer would not leave until the job was completed and every thing was working well. The price Mr Fischer charged was at market level. The above is truthful and factual. Lee (the owner/technician) was very responsive and knowledgeable and honored the Angie coupon for all repairs. Lee did lots of diagnostic work and adjustments. He came to our home and worked with us. Lee took the computer home and completed more services there. The computer is now working well. Lee offered solutions that allowed us to not have to do a clean windows install, so we did not have to reinstall all of our programs,etc. Lee even called back today with more helpful advice for how we could backup our files. We plan to use Lee for our computer needs in the future and highly recommend his services.
