Good suggestions for software updates.

Lee did an amazing job updating/upgrading my old computer! It is running like a new state-of-the-art model. So important now that I’m helping my grandson with online kindergarten. And, the last time we worked with him, when I goofed and wiped out my photos and docs, he recovered all of my data, cleaned things up, and gave me great advice! And both times, Lee ordered and installed new hardware that I needed. So easy! Reasonable rates, too!

Lee responded immediately. He asked me to describe, to the best of my ability, what the problem was. He gave me a time to correct and cost estimate based on his understanding of the problem and the steps he would need to take to correct it. He kept me aware of the process and associated costs, and he returned my computer ahead of schedule and performing better than it had before it failed. !!! I will never go back to micro center again!

Lee was able to find the problems and correct them. He also helped me with some other questions that I had.

Took over 8 hours but got a challenging job done, Lee is trustworthy and nice.

Lee was terrific to work with. He spent as much time as needed to complete a long list of tech related issues we had been putting off. He will be our first call the next time we need tech assistance.

Tech Rescue was recommended when my regular computer guy could not make an appointment. He did a great job; even called the cable company to get my internet connection back up. He explained everything he did and left the area clean and organized.

Lee Fischer was able to troubleshoot the problem to a failing display monitor. With his help, I purchased a new display monitor and he installed it for me. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend his service.

Well he didn’t fix the issue the software vendor did.

Lee responded very quickly to my request for a quote/service and quickly scheduled a visit to my home (which I found VERY convenient). He arrived on time, went right to work, diagnosing and correcting the problem. Because he had a one-hour minimum fee he also cleaned up a few other potential problems and helped me diagnose an unrelated problem. I was impressed with his professionally friendly, knowledgeable demeanor, honesty and the results. Problem(s) solved. I would hire him again.

It went very well. Lee responded to our online request within 30 minutes. Quite impressive for responsiveness! He was knowledgeable and extremely professional, taking the extra steps to explain all options in easy-to-understand terminology for people like us who may be avid computer users but not necessarily up-to-date with the latest technology. The entire repair job only took a couple of days to complete and the repair service was reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Lee and plan to recommend him to family, friends, co-workers, and neighbors. Tech Rescue St. Louis is simply the BEST!

Lee quickly determined there was more wrong with the laptop ( video GPU was dislodged ) and advised me that it was probably time to retire this laptop rather than invest additional money into an outdated laptop. I appreciated his honesty and he offered to dispose the laptop appropriately.

Lee Fischer was awesome. This is the guy to contact when you have computer issues. Very well versed in all aspects. Lee arrived promptly. Quickly diagnosed the issue with both computers. Taking one away to work on hardware issues. He recommended an alternate solution to my second computer issue offering me a much cheaper alternative. High quality and reasonably priced.

Lee and I talked about the issues and what I initially did to solve the problems. Some problems solved, but then others came up. Since I do have a former background in technology, he was able to explain things to me that I could understand ( and remember). He determined that my hard drive was going out. He purchased a new HD for us equivalent to the one he was replacing. He reloaded Windows and some drivers and got the computer up and running. Once basic Windows was active, I was able to complete all the updates and reloaded the applications, printers, etc. that we have. He was always friendly, polite, and had answers to all my questions. I would definitely rehire him again! He was there approximately 3 hours. The amount paid below includes the cost of the new HD. Thanks, Lee!

Lee Fischer was great. He'll be our "first call" tech guy, particularly since he's close to us and makes house calls. He arrived on time the same day we called and, after addressing the initial issues, filled out the hour doing other things to clean up and/or correct other issues on my sister's computer. Lee was personable, thourough and attentive and we really felt we got our money's worth! His follow-up has been great, too. Great to have someone right there so knowledgeable and helpful. Very well. Lee was skilled and efficient. It was a painless process and in the end my printer and scanner were working again.

Lee tackled the problem we were experiencing and cleared that problem. Then he also helped us understand why the problem occurred in the first place. I have never experienced such a thorough assessment and ultimate patience with us "non-computer savvy" users. I would heartily recommend Lee's service for any computer problem. We did not have to drag our equipment to him. He came to our home and had things up and running in a really short time. He was competent, personable, and we felt completely at ease with his presence and with his work. Thank you, Lee, for a great job!!

I called Tech Rescue and Lee was able to come out the next day. He worked tirelessly and was ultimately able to delete it. I would definitely use again. The response was prompt, the quality high and the price reasonable. Moreover, while I have used remote services in the past, it was great finding someone who I could use face to face and ask follow up questions. I will definitely use again.

That was good. He came out and I have actually referred him to others as well. There was other charges. He was troubleshooting and discovered that he needed to figure out what was going on. I needed to buy a memory card and the time for him to diagnose it. He gave me an estimate on what he charged per hour and how long it could be. Then I had to purchase another memory card. He let me know that ahead of time. He is very good and I use them again.

Lee was able to identify the problem and fix it without having to reload the operating system, all my programs and data. I was without my computer for only a 24 hour period.

It turned out the my camera does not work anymore. Lee did the up-dates and check the computer. He also gave some general tips regarding back-ups.

The work was done quickly and the tech was experienced and well qualified. I was very pleased.
