Lee spent over three hours working my computer. It turns out that things weren't completely fixed and I had to try calling him back and getting more help over the phone in order to get things going.

What I needed, he couldn't do. He never came out, I talked to him over the phone. He said that he wasn't able to provide the service. I was going to need more than what the Big Deal covered and it was getting close to the expiration date. I wouldn't recommend him.

I called Lee and he made a home visit the next day. He addressed the error messages and helped me order a new battery. He saved me money by showing me how to change the battery myself. We accomplished everything in one hour and I was very happy. I will call Lee again and recommend others do the same!

in spite of a customer who couldn't help him at all with information he needed, Mr. Fischer was still able to fix my problem. I would definitely recommend him.

It went so well. The owner is an extremely conscientious person, and Goes The Extra Mile to Help People. That's what it is all about, I think, helping people. The systems in my computer run fast, there are no headaches, and I am just so pleased with how it went. The hourly rate is pretty standard for what he does, but its still hard to write that check, know what I mean? That's the only reason I gave the price a B. All in all, this guy gets a Page of Happiness from me for a job extremely well done.

It went very well. He arrived on time and did the work quickly. He showed me a couple of things that would help me solve the problems on my own if I encountered further problems. It was a great experience!

Lee is very efficient and explains things so that an end-user can understand them.

Lee worked on our computer to ensure it had not been compromised. He also fixed an ongoing wireless printing problem we were experiencing. We trust him with our computer data and will call him in the future.

The service went very well. He was also prompt with sending me a thorough invoice of work completed and he also made follow up phone calls to make sure I'm completely satisfied.

Lee arrive and went to work taking my hard drive out of the laptop. He plugged it into my other computer then started moving data from the hard drive to flash drives. Took him almost an hour and he was on his way. Couldn't have asked for better service. I would use him again and I highly recommend him.

I kept Lee busy for over 4 hours taking care of issues on my computer. While he was diagnosing that situation described above he discovered that one of my programs was continually saving a cache copy and never clearing itself out. He found out that was a big reason my c: drive was filling up. He then switched all data: pictures, videos, documents, downloads, etc to be stored on the d: drive. He removed and reinstalled several programs to get them to work correctly and also to make sure they knew where the data was being stored now. Lee was very patient listening to my questions and concerns and addressed each issue. We also discussed future courses of action we could take to help some problems I brought up. I was very happy with Lee and will keep his card for all my future computer needs.

We had two old laptops that were not functional. One had issues connecting to the internet and the other one would not even start up. Mr. Fischer was able to identify the issue and fix them so that both computers were up and running again. He also recommended some software to prevent virus etc.

The e-mail turned out to a problem on AOL's end and the Skype was set up.

It went very well. The technician was very knowledgeable about computers and explained to me how to get the most out of my new Windows 10 update. I appreciated all that he did and will definitely use him in the future, and will not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I had a great experience and he was very knowledgeable! He even followed up with a few phone calls to make sure everything was going ok after he was done. Can't get much better service than that! I would definitely recommend and use him again if needed.

We were satisfied that our problems were corrected. He arrived on time and honored the first hour discount provided through Angie"s List. He assessed our difficulties and corrected to bring our systems back to speed. I made notes on his instructions to maintain computer performance to maximize this visit. We appreciated the in-home service and would call him again.

Reassured me that my computer so far was safe but did find some malware and noted that the computer was running slow. He was able to take my laptop with him to reload the Windows version recommended, quoted a special price of $150, and will have it back to me in a couple of days

Lee Fischer was a consummate pro. This was a big job and Lee did not charge me for idle times such as when files were transferring and there was nothing else for him to do. I strongly recommend Fischer Computer Services to others with computer problems such as mine.

The service provider sent me to the computer store for a part that ultimately was never needed or used, wasting my time and money. When I returned he let me know that he didn't need the part. After a certain amount of time I came into the room to see the progress only to find that the provider had rearranged my office (without asking my permission to do so.) He told me that he thought it would work better like this. After 6 hours in the office the work still hadn't been completed. When he had my boss attempt to send a fax to check the connection, his communication was very unprofessional and still lacking in results. He left without hooking up the fax and I had a rearranged office that I didn't ask for. He was nice and tried really hard but I feel that if he didn't know how to hook up the fax he should have said something within the first 1/2 hour of him being there.

Urgent need to recover files and return operating system to working order. Called provider early in morning and he was able to come to family member's home later that afternoon. Determined the cause but had to take laptop back to his office to make the repair, given the size of the files. completed the repair that evening and then brought it back to family member's home the next morning about 8am. Everything worked the way it should. Lee was very knowledgeable, as well as friendly, professional and accommodating. Will definitely use him again when needed.

OK. He tried a variety of approaches to saving the computer before declaring that the best course of action was to save as much of the HD's contents before it gave up the ghost.

Not as well as he hoped. It was not a simple reinstall. He gave me the choice to install the free upgrade to Windows 10 or keep Windows 7. I choose to go to Windows 10. That's when the problems arose, I don't know enough about computers to explain all the problems He took the CPU home to work on, rather than at my home. after spending about 3 hrs on the first day without success.. Returned the computer on Saturday AM, fixed. He explained what he did along the way,had to replace a part, contact Microsoft concerning the free upgrade, He determined that my computer was not really compatible for Windows10. Through the process he contacted me before he did anything to the computer. The next day (Sunday) he contacted me to make sure everything was OK and it was and to contact him if I had any problems. I contacted Lee on Wednesday about noon. He came out the same day around 2:00pm.

My computer service experience with Lee Fischer went very well. He is friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend him to help you resolve any computer issues you may be having.

Lee arrived about 45 min. late but he did call me prior to my appointment time to tell me he would be late. He did arrive at the new time. Lee is quite thorough in his examination of computer programs and operation. Lee spent 2 hours on my computer, which added $80 to the $39 Big Deal but it was worth it to get my computer running much better.
