It went very well he was on time, gave me a detailed report, answered any concerns i had and i would be happy to use them in the future.

Everything went very well. We were only in town for a short period of time and he was able to schedule the inspection to accommodate our plans. They showed up on time, stayed as long as I wanted and was satisfied that all of my questions were answered. The follow up with the report was timely . We asked for an addendum concerning one area and that was also very timely. I would recommend Billy and his team to anyone needing an inspection of their home or potential home.

I showed up to our soon to be home a few minutes early in order to meet Billy for our home inspection. When I arrived Billy was already there and getting everything out of his truck that he needed, the fact that he was early gave me piece of mind in what can definitely be a stressful occasion. Billy informed me that the home inspection would take several hours due to the size of the home and it was later very clear why, Billy left no stone un-turned and checked everything I would have thought of and way more. Overall his prices are very competitive and it is obvious that he does not rush through the job, he is more than willing to answer any questions and his final report is one of the most detailed I have ever seen. We were very pleased by the service provided. Bill was very pleasant and professional on the phone when I called to request an estimate and set a date, as well as throughout the time he spent with us during the inspection. He showed up on time and spent several hours with my husband and I checking the house from bottom to top. Billy from STL Home Inspection Services was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. My house inspection was on Thursday 4/18, a super rainy April day in St. Louis. With a good attitude Billy put up his hood and headed up the roof in a downpour. He checked everything so wonderfully and was prompt with the report so that updates could be made. He came back a week later to confirm the updates on the house and was able to resubmit the official report immediately. As a first time home buyer, Billy explained things well to me so that I could understand fully, I truly appreciated his help. I will suggest his services to all family and friends.

Bill was great!! He literally walked through every step with me. He even crawled through the crawl space all the way around the upstairs. He was very thorough and explained how things work and the proper way to fix certain things. I felt like he was honestly working to help me, versus against me. I had an issue in our basement, he recommended some companies to call. After I called a few companies, they wanted more specifics and he went the extra step in calling them with his opinion and details on the matter. I really appreciate his help and tips along the way.
