Description of Work: Fix my lawnmower. They were extremely quick, which was essential to me. I drove 25 miles to get to them. I will use them if I am in a hurry. I would not trust anyone else to be as quick.

Description of Work: Great service. Mower would start, then die right away or not start at all. Called at 11:30 dropped it off at 1:30 and it was ready before 4:00 the same day. Brought it home and mowed the front lawn and it worked perfectly.

+ -1 morewe had never serviced our mower after 8 years of light duty, so we went with this angies list recommendation. when we got the mower back, it was smoking all over the place, which it had NEVER done. it would barely start, which was the main reason we brought it in to begin with. this time, we will try a different service provider. our experience was horrible.

They took time to check the old one and explained the problem, then helped me pick out a new mower with my requirements. They delivered it ready to go with oil already in it. Helped me over the phone with questions I had( being new to this line of work) and now I'm a happy mower!

+ -1 moreWe had never had our mower serviced. It was becoming difficult to start and the blade was obviously in need of sharpening. We dropped off the mower in the afternoon and picked it up the next afternoon. It works like a new mower now. Perhaps we should take it to Southside every year instead of waiting so long.

When we dropped off the mower owner of the shop promised that he would return it in better than new condition. It indeed does run better than it ever has.

+ -1 moreSince it was the beginning of lawn cutting season, I expected a few days wait but he took it at 9am and it was ready the same day at 12 noon. He was courteous, helpful, and gave me an estimate on the spot. His work shop was spotless which was impressive and his charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend this repair shop. He does not take credit cards.
Description of Work: Complete tune-up; carburetor clean; plug; oil filter; sharpen; oil change; clean and adjust my gasoline lawn mower.
