Description of Work: They cleaned my air conditioning unit inside/outside and ran their normal checks and procedures for the unit's spring/summer /winter service.(2-services) I still may have an issue that I need resolved when I am ready for them to service the unit. They listened to my concern and then began to do their checks on the unit/airflow and made suggestions that would resolve the issue. One suggestion was expensive to me and the other two were reasonable in comparison with other Air Conditioning Company. I did have to make a couple of calls to inquire if there were other solutions and costs. Everyone I spoke with at SmartHouse was Professional, Kind, Knowledgeable and Educational towards their services offered and how the unit runs, even the secretary helped out. I just need to have a resolution to what is still pending beyond cleaning the unit...cost is causing a delay right now, and I will need to make the best choice of what is needed for now. Thank your for your help, it was appreciated.

Description of Work: He cleaned and checked everything. He had to change out 3 different parts, which I guess wasn't too bad since I've had the air conditioner for 15 years and never put any new parts on it. He was a very nice man, seemed very knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Smarthouse came out and did an evaluation on my home. It was well worth the money. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I learned a great deal about my home and how it was built. We will be taking action on the recommendations that were put forth as time and money permits us to do so.
