Description of Work: Nine days after I bought the deal and not being contacted I complained to Angie's List asking for a Refund. One hour after contacting Angie's List the Company that I bought the deal through emailed me. I don't want a company that has to be made to contact me in my home.

Description of Work: He performed maintenance on my furnace and humidifier. After his inspection he informed me what needed to be replaced in the future. He did not push me to buy the replacements now since they were still okay for awhile. I did appreciate knowing what would need to be replaced eventually.

Description of Work: I have already submitted a report. |They did attic & basement air sealing. Spray foam was applied to seal top plates of walls, seal air returns from attic side, seal ceiling fans/light electrical junction boxes, recessed light/plumbing & flue chases from attic side. Installed 9 Cree Energy Start LED retrofit recessed lights. Removed old whole house fan from ceiling where much air was leaking into/out of attic. Installed drywall to patch ceiling where fan was removed.

Description of Work: cleaned my furnace and inspected heating system. I was suprised the technician took 1 1/2 hours to do the cleaning. He was very thorough and I knew he was trying to find something wrong. I expected that since the cleaning cost was only $39.

Description of Work: I purcased an Angie deal for a furnace tune-up. We scheduled a date and they promptly came...on time, tuned-up my furnace and we also asked them back in to install a whole house humidifier. They did an amazing job installing my whole-house humidifier. They finished the job efficiently, cleaned up the mess, and hauled off the excess materials. The technician was very professional and curteous. They will be my go to company for furnace and air conditioning servicing.

Description of Work: The technician arrived as scheduled and performed the required winter check-up of my furnace. He was very professional and advised me of a component part that was out of tolerance. He offered to replace the component, and after I decided not to accept his offer, he proceeded with his task of making sure the furnace was ready for safe operation. All-in-all, a very professional experience.
