Description of Work: We have used SmartHouse several times and have been pleased each time. This visit was to clean and check our furnace for winter. Luke, the tech, was professional, friendly, thorough, and knew exactly what he was doing. He located a face place begging to crack, but not through yet. He also advised us that the furnace will need to be replaced in the near future. The unit is about 25 years old. He checked the unit, the condition of the ductwork and filter, the blower, furnace amp, condensate drain, flue and flue draft, pressure, flame sensor and combustion air. In addition, he checked the return temp and supply temp. We will definitely use this company again and recommend it to future customers.
