Description of Work: They came to perform a regular furnace tune up. I paid for an additional furnace to get tuned up as well. They did great work, there was some additional work that needed to be done to help the efficiency of my furnace and I paid to get that done as well. The tech was professional, on time and he even had his on shoe booties. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Maintenance as part of purchased plan. They are very good about reminding clients they need to have their equipment maintained. Called me several times, which I needed. Tech was the same one I set up the contract with months before. He was right on time at the beginning of the window I was given, friendly and quick.
