Wonderful!!

I had a wonderful experience with Cece's. We hired them for a week to take care of our five kitties. They visited once a day. I cannot say enough good things about them. Donna and Cindy were so detailed and thorough with everything. I felt so comfortable having them in my home and trusted them with my cats. They responded very quickly to every email and text I sent. They also provided many updates via text while we were gone. The pictures they sent of the cats really helped me feel better while I was out of town. The house was in very good shape when we arrived home. I have already recommended them to several friends and family members.

Donna is the one of the few people important to me, because of her complete care and understanding of both family and pets. She sees us as a family unit, not just as pet and owner. She was quick to update and calm me about my kitties left in her loving care, while I lay worrying in the hospital (new knee) You only have to look at Donna's picture with one of her charges, to fully understand the depth of feeling exchanged with her charges. I expect her to be fully in charge at the Animal Pearly Gates, welcoming all who knew and loved and trusted in her completely. If I could, I would stand outside those gates and beg to be admitted and join my lost ones so dearly loved by me.

Excellent! We had other people/companies dog/house sit for us in the past. Buthave never been as comfortable leaving our dogs until we found Donna and Michelle of Slem's Pet Care. We will use their services in the future and suggest you do too.

This is the second year Donna has watched our Golden Retriever while we attend sporting events in the St. Louis area. She has watched Gracie multiple times in 2012 and 2013 and we are so glad we have Donna to watch her when we come to the area. Donna has made it so easy for us to feel comfortable leaving Gracie in her care while we go and enjoy the event. Our golden is typically a little timid around new people but she is always happy to see Donna - wagging tail and all! We know that she is being well taken care and we truly know we could not find a better sitter for our pet. We are so grateful for Donna and look forward to more trips to St. Louis this year.

Both Donna and Cindy were very attentive to our concerns and provided exceptional service while we were away. They texted us with periodic updates, which was reassuring while we were traveling by car over 1,000 miles away from home. They provided a daily log documenting their activity on each visit to our home. They were not thwarted by a heavy snow and fulfilled the needed responsibilities as agreed. They went out of their way to provide extra services that were beyond normal expectations, such as feed the wild birds that visit our back yard.. When we returned all the pets and plants were just as healthy and happy as we had left them, and and our home was safe and secure. We recommend them whole-heartedly and plan to use them again, and tipped them beyond their standard fee.

Excellent ! Donna was punctual, and stayed with my kids. Day and night made our life much easier and enjoyable.

Donna is amazing with animals. Our golden is rather timid around new people and has not traveled all that much in her lifetime, however, she took to Donna very well. Coming to a new city and not knowing anyone to watch our dog was rather nerve wracking for us as parents of a kid with fur. Donna was awesome from the start. She was accomodating of our schedules and never did we worry about our pet while in Donna's care. Donna is so kind and truly loves animals. We plan to utilize Donna's pet sitting services each year while we are in St. Louis. We would not consider using anyone but Donna to care for our pet.

Great! The dogs loved her. Our initial meet and greet prior to the first overnight stay helped get the dogs acquainted with Donna. She was prompt, friendly, attentive to the dogs' needs. She even brought a folder with information about her and her business which we really appreciated. The first overnight visit went so well, we had her back when we went out of town for a week. When we met to give Donna the house key for our second trip, the dogs greeted her as if she was an old buddy. That NEVER happens. Every day we received updates on the dogs, often accompanied with photos of their behavior, and Donna also kept a journal of their activities and responses at the house for us to read when we returned. We will be using her again.

Donna promptly returned my voicemail and accommodated my schedule for a no-cost meet and greet. She was punctual and came with treats in her pocket to warm up to my nervous dog. Donna demonstrated confidence with my pet and listened to my description of my pet's habits and outdoor routine. At the end of the meet and greet, I booked her for an overnight stay (two full days). On Day 1, Donna sent me video clips of her arrival and re-introduction to my dog. Throughout the visits, she texted photos and messages, reassuring me that everything was going smoothly. My dog had warmed up to her easily. At the end of Day 2, my flight home was delayed a few hours. I contacted Donna to ask her if she could let out the dog one more time and even possibly stay another night, which she agreed without hesitation. I was grateful Donna made another visit that night before I made it home. I felt very comfortable knowing my pet was being well cared for. Donna has a genuine affection for animals, and she made me feel like my dog was her favorite. I rated the cost "Good" instead of "Excellent" only because it is understandably higher than a traditional dog kennel. The cost/value was well worth the peace of mind. Donna is professional, and she takes great care to gather information about your pet(s), their habits, likes/dislikes, and home environment to ensure a smooth experience. Overall = excellent experience.
