Thank you for the review, your feedback is very valuable to me as I am in business to serve and satisfy all my clients. I would also thank Angie's List and it's members in providing the platform for both the consumer and business owner to have the opportunity to contribute to each other as we strive for customer service excellence in the market place. It is my mission to provide services so that my clients experience the immediate satisfaction of a job well done at a fair price. My policy is to return customer contacts within 24 to 48 hours either by phone, email or text message by the method established in the initial contact. My electronic records indicate that my policy was upheld in this case. However, with every new project comes a new expectation with regards to cost, time, and professionalism. This project was a purchased as a Big Deal offer through Angie's List. I was asked to postpone the scheduling of the project on more than one occasion. Unfortunately, I failed to fulfill the expectation of time and I was not able to schedule things that would provide satisfaction. I immediately offered a refund once realizing I was not a fit for the project and the refund was credited within a 24 hour timeframe.
