My mission is for you to experience the immediate satisfaction of a job well done at a fair price. I am Tom Schulz, Owner of Schulz Painting Company in St. Louis Missouri. Approximately 85 percent of our business consists of custom interior / exterior repaints. We also offer specialty faux finishes, carpentry services, bath and kitchen remodeling. Successfully in business for 35 years separating ourselves from the competition by providing extraordinary customer service, superior product quality and professional results. I would also thank Angie's List and it's members in providing the platform for both the consumer and business owner to have the opportunity to contribute to each other as we strive for customer service excellence in the market place. It is my mission to provide services so that my clients experience the immediate satisfaction of a job well done at a fair price. My policy is to return customer contacts within 24 to 48 hours either by phone, email or text message by the method established in the initial contact. My electronic records indicate that my policy was upheld in this case. However, with every new project comes a new expectation with regards to cost, time, and professionalism. This project was a purchased as a Big Deal offer through Angie's List. I was asked to postpone the scheduling of the project on more than one occasion. Unfortunately, I failed to fulfill the expectation of time and I was not able to schedule things that would provide satisfaction. I immediately offered a refund once realizing I was not a fit for the project and the refund was credited within a 24 hour timeframe. If you have read this response and value performance trends of my services, then I encourage you to read all previous reviews by other Angie's List Members. I trust that you will appreciate my commitment to customer service excellence and make the best choice and call on me for your project.

Flawless!
Description of Work: Tom came to my house and gave me an estimate to paint dinning room, hallway and staircase. He was on time, did the work as agreed and did an excellent job. Tom also installed some fixtures and door nobs at no additional cost. He is an outstanding contractor and would recommend him without hesitation.
