Tom arrived on time on Saturday morning with all the necessary materials. He explained to me what he was going to do and how. Tom worked for about three hours putting up the drywall. He returned on Sunday to prime them. Monday, the ceilings and the hallway were painted. On the last day, which was Wednesday, he return to put one more coat of paint. My overall experience was wonderful and that is because Tom worked around my schedule.

Our experience with Schulz Painting Company was very positive from the estimate to the finished rooms. Tom was very skilled and invested in his work. He was pleasant and professional throughout the whole process despite dealing with 15 ' ceilings in a narrow space over a bathtub. Thanks to Schulz Painting our room went from ratty and dull to modern, clean and sleek.

I bought a coupon on Angies list and I got a return call the next day and Tom agreed to meet me promptly and on my schedule to estimate the work needed. He send me an itemized estimate with in a few days. I am thinking of selling my house and wanted to get his appraisal of repainting several rooms to neutralize them. I also had several jobs to do that really needed two guys to do safely. I am not a complete novice but some jobs go so much more smoothly when there are two guys. And smooth does fit the description of my experience of working with Tom. So does prompt, courteous, honest, and practical and personable. He called me early on the day we had scheduled an afternoon appointment to tell me that he was ill and did not think he could make it. Being the flu season etc. I totally understood and he said he would call as soon as he could do the work. He called the next day mid morning( he had asked the best time to call) and asked if he could come over on the next day- Sunday. He thought he would be better by then. I agreed. He called on Sunday and we agreed on a time. He had to go to Home Depot to get a part, since I told him I was not able to get a straight answer out of the sales people there. But he knew what we needed and even called me to double check on the finish of the item. When he arrived, we got right to work and together got the jobs done. He communicated to me how we were going to do various procedures and I think he is a good teacher also. We went over the estimated time, but he had prepared me for that. Some things are very difficult to estimate exactly. You commonly encounter things you did not prepare for in home repairs. That has been my experience on my own too. Overall, I was very pleased and Tom made sure I was completely satisfied with his service. I would give him my highest personal and professional recommendation if you need handy man and or painting services. I will use him again and look forward to it. The $190 included the BIG DEAL and the parts. This guy was truly amazing. To quote my wife, "he actually called to check in on his way. He was on time, professional and courteous. His work was detailed and did all the extra polish to make sure each task was done with a level of excellence. We were so impressed we asked him for bids on 5-6 other projects. I was extremely pleased with the work he did and I would recommend him to others. He does exactly what you want him to do and he makes sure he pleases his customers. When I asked him to fix something he was able to work with my schedule and came out when I needed him to.

Our home is a 2 story model, with our crown molding separating from the roof line, due to a previous contractors failure to install it correctly. The section was approximately 20 to 30 feet in length. The piece had to be removed & reinstalled and painted. We had shelving in our master closet which needed to be cut and installed. We had a balcony railing (upstairs) which needed a sealant to keep water from getting under the plate and causing a rust problem to the exterior of our home. Applying a foam sealant to exterior problem areas of our home. Some tasks were difficult, while others were simple but the greatest thing about our request was no hesitation, no issues of working on a ladder and being very positive and pleasant, the entire time he was here.

We have used his services before for restoration of an old garage door. We were so pleased with his craftsmanship that we hired him for other work including gutter cleaning, wallpaper stripping, interior painting and bathroom remodeling. He is punctual. His pricing is very fair and everything we have hired him for has turned out beautifully. We intend to use him again in the future.

His service was phenomenal. He was on time and worked on our project the entire day until it was finished. He was very helpful and suggested things that I hadn't thought about. His price was the most reasonable price I had found. I was planning on getting completely new cabinets, but he showed me cabinets he had refaced in the past. I decided to go with him at that point.

He is meticulous and does such a great job! I feel like I live in a new house. He has also painted around pictures that can not be removed from the wall and he has done such a phenomenal job. He is clean cut, honest, and does the work like he is working at his own home. He doesn't take advantage or try to up sell. He does what the customer wants and not his own needs.

Mr. Schulz was pleasant, arrived on time to do the work. Was excellent at communicating with us and we were quite happy with the results.

We had an overall great experience with Schulz Painting. Tom gave us a prompt, competitive quote for the work. Tom did a great professional paint job quickly and was very flexible in working around our schedules. No complaints, we would certainly hire Schulz Painting again.

We are very happy with the work Tom has done. we were trying to sell our house and so were in a rush to get things done faster. Tom was very understanding and completed the job on time and also completed some handyman repairs in the house. Tom did the work as we wanted and his job was very clean and perfect. The exterior painting was great. Our agent was also very pleased with the work that he has done. We now have a great look outside our house. The days when he was working on the exterior painting were very hot, but Tom never complained or delayed in completing the work. We will in future call Tom again for our painting needs and also for the handyman services. we will refer Tom to our other friends for their painting jobs.

Tom was very professional during all interactions. What was exceptional about him though was his communication and follow through. He was pleasant to have around the house and performed the work as expected in a reasonable time frame. I'd hire him again without reservation.

Very professional. My door looks perfect. He came before the cold weather hit. Wanted to get it done in time. Looking forward to having him come back.
