Description of Work: I used the inspection services from Brad and finally Robert's team for drain tile work at my house. My experience.....can't term it is horrific. Haven't been through any such experience in recent past. I did the price bargain with some else from this company a while ago and when the team visited my house for proving service, they started off with you got a cheapest deal. They said I need additional sump pump which was not told to me during inspection phase and so they right away increased the price by 1100 dollars. I agree the team has a lot of expertise and they delivered unparalleled quality work. But not the professionalism I expected. For 60 ft PVC pipe for sump discharge, they charged me additional 320$. Later I realized that PVC cost is far lower than what I was actually charged, I spoke to them and they simply said I accepted for higher price and I have to go for it. They said I can go ahead and report this on Angie's list review if I want to. What I learned about this team: Make a final price agreement a day before for everything. Otherwise, they will charge huge amount when they are on site with their big crew in that hurry burry situation. I am happy with quality of work delivered but not happy with the way everything worked out. For a 5000$ contracted work, I ended up paying 6400. I was not told about this additional work needed during inspection. If I knew the total cost would be so high, I would have planned for that additional budget

Description of Work: Estimate of crack repair and concrete patio leveling/stabilization was extremely high. Used another contractor at a third of the price.

Description of Work: They had four workers come in on Monday August 20. The first thing they did was put plastic covering over items that we had not moved out of the basement. They then scrapped down the North and East walls. Then they put "QuikreteQuickwall" on those walls. On Tuesday August 21 they brought a worker back and dropped him off to paint the walls. The original estimate was $3,600. While they were there I asked them to add approximately another 90sq. ft and that added $800 to the final bill. They cleaned out their trash ans swept the floors down when they left. My only complaint is that they don't take credit cards.
