Description of Work: Repaired 2 cracks in my foundation. One of which leaked very bad. The technician was timely and fixed the crack rather quickly. Within 4 days with heavy rain the newly repaired crack was leaking yet again. I contacted the person who gave me the quote. He stated it needed to be completely dry. So a few weeks later they called me on a wed and asked if they could come out Thursday. I said yes and took thursday afternoon off and i never received a call from the repairman.

Description of Work: Installed a drain system around perimeter under basement foundation. The work was done well and I haven't had a problem with flooding since. The most impressive aspect of the experience occurred after the work was completed. Mr. Roberts left briefly while his crew finished pouring concrete to complete the project. He arrived to inspect the final outcome and discovered the crew did not run the drain line from the ac unit to the sub floor drain. This was not a necessity and it's placement was typical for most homes. However Mr. Roberts recognized the missed opportunity to bury the line. He called his crew back had them bury the line and pour new concrete. The area was extremely small but the extra effort and concern truly impressed me. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I was supposed to have received a 50 point or so inspection. I expected this to be in writing but after the estimator discussed my basement I asked to see this and was told he just explained it to me. I did have the company waterproof my exterior wells on two fruit cellars and this seems to be holding. However, I could not afford waterproofing for the additional two patches of basement walls which would have been another $800 or so. I think the price was high and I would have been better getting more bids rather than being lured by the so-called $300 discount. I also don't appreciate having a sales person tell me this is a Christian company. I my many years experience I do not find people who tout their religion any better or worse than those who don't. It just feels like another marketing ploy to me.

Description of Work: I can not fairly rate this company. I left several messages when I purchased the deal and did not hear from them. They did call the week before it expired, but I was out of the country for work and could not call for two weeks. I have not heard from them since I returned the call. |I have heard good things about them, but spent money for no service.

Description of Work: Originally contacted in May, work completed in June.!Had the basement waterproofed. Had to call them back because if the lousy finishing work on the concrete. Very uneven, slopes and hills all over the majority if the area fixed. Also had some wet areas after a hard rain. |Contacted on 6/29 about the problems and they couldn't fit me in until 7/12. They ended up having to jackhammer up the entire basement perimeter again, fix whatever issue it was causing the wetness and then close it up again. The finish was much nicer the second time around. |Has been dry ever since. |What I didn't care about was the lack if concern that even though I had already paid 100%'i had to wait for them to fix their shoddy work. We had to hold up construction for 3 weeks until they would redo the work and the new concrete to dry then wait to see if it still got wet... It did not. |Wouldn't let them work on my house again. |

They did the inspection but I had to contact them a couple of times to get the report. We then sold the property "as is" so didn't hire anyone to do the work. My ONLY concern was the lag time in getting the report.

Description of Work: Mr. Roberts suggested a sump pump in our basement to correct a water problem. However, other companies, including other Angie's List members,previously had said we didn't need one,, and that the problem had been caused by someone who had watched our house for 2 weeks while we were on vacation and had left a hose on near the foundation. he also gave a bod on a crack in our garage that has caused no problem, but I thought his bid was very high. We had used the Crack Team in our another house and in this house, and the bid was much lower.

Description of Work: Purchased the $99 for $300 dollars worth of inspection, consultation and water-proofing services. Called for an appointment and the office scheduled my appointment right away. Brad came out to the house, on time. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and easy to understand. He inspected the areas in question and made recommendations. He identified areas that we could do ourselves (a drain pipe extension) and those that would benefit from professional services. We plan to use him to install a drainage system along two walls in basement and a new sump pump.
