This is the second time I have used them. They were very responsive and timely. The work done is what I requested with some input from the owner on what he had concerns over but it was still my decision, which is important to me. My yard, my money. He didn't, what I would call, try to bulldoze me or argue with me over what I wanted done, which I had experienced with another landscape company. The work was good and professional and the staff was respectful and worked hard. I would highly recommend this group.

I was pleasantly surprised that both the tree and stump were removed in the same trip. I was led to believe that they would be done on separate days.

Have used these people several times in the past. They are VERY reliable. They do have good knowledge of various lawn problems & can be helpful in diagnosing & treating these problems. Others that had observed problems was having in the lawn area this year just wanted to re-seed & be gone. Reliable insisted on several anti-fungal treatments which did improve the condition of the lawn. They let the area improve & get healthy before proceeding w\ the sodding & seeding.

Reliable did a good job. Workers arrived mid morning, did a thorough removal & clean-up job.

Once they came out the work was fine, I just had a hard time getting them to return my calls and to come out when they said they would.

Reliable was very good to deal with. They were able to give an estimate without my having to be home and then scheduled the work. They called the night before they came out to confirm and when I got home from work the next day the trees were trimmed. They do good work and really made the trees look nice and controlled.

They come every two or three years and trim our trees. They are excellent. They go up in the tree and trim all the branches and clean everything up. We used to have a lot of trees, but we have had most of them taken out. The owner, Lee, looks over the job and gives an estimate. He tells you when they will come and they come. They do their thing and they clean everything up. They cut the tree so that it doesn't lose it shape. They go in and selectively cut the dead things and trim back the live branches, so when they are done, your tree looks beautiful. They are not low end. They are medium to high priced, but what you get for your money is worth it. We don't know what other companies charge.

They have reasonable prices. They actually had seven people come to do the work. My neighbor used them first, and they seemed to be doing a good job, so I used them. Their prices were the same as the estimate. They did pretty good work. I was worried about them messing up the tree job, but they did it well.

We are very happy with the job that was performed. The crew members were always on time and quick at getting right on the job. I feared that starting at 7:30AM was too early, but I didn't receive any comments from the neighborhood. The price was reasonable for the work they completed. I could have done the work myself, but it would have taken me much longer to complete. I didn't mind that it might have not been the cheapest, but it was done the way I wanted. The company provided around 7 workers to complete the job. They work diligently, hauled away the mess and cleaned up our yard very nicely. I am very happy and satisfied with the work that was done and will use them again in the future.

I thought they were professional until the end of the job. They did all the tasks to finish that they said they would, but they kind of left the spot of removal a mess. They loosely covered the hole with sod and it ended up all over our yard and now, a year later we still have a grass less hole. But other than that detail they did a good, quick job.

They were prompt, did a great job cleaning up, gave me a good price, and made me very happy. I will definitely use them again in the future if the need should arise.

I called Reliable Landscaping because they had repeatedly left brochures in my front door. Apparently, they too knew my landscaping was in need of help. Lee came out the same day I called. I wanted my landscaping remodeled and some drainage problems solved. Oddly, he told me he was far too busy to even propose anything for at least 3-4 months. Labor problems had created a backlog of work for his crews. It made me wonder why he was still having brochures and flyers put in my front door. He said it was possible for him to remove my existing landscaping right away. He had several crew members arrive from Mexico that week. Reliable Landscaping sponsors guest workers for the summer season, and that impressed me. I asked for a bid and he provided one on the spot. I liked the opportunity to work with a company that hired guest workers legally. Within a couple of days my landscaping had been removed as promised. A couple of shrubs that were left behind should have been removed. I called Lee and reviewed the bid. There was a misunderstanding in the wording of the bid. He considered the shrubs to be on the side of my house, and I considered them to be in front. Lee sent a crew by the very next day to remove the shrubs with no extra charge. My experience would not lead me to use Reliable again, but not because of a service issue. It was more a case of the company not being a good business match with the kind of work I needed to have done. Either my job wasn't the right size, or it just wasn't the type of project they wanted. Still, I was grateful for what help Lee provided.

They are reliable. They come when they say they will. The crew was very quick and did very good work. I have been doing business with them for quite a few years. They are very good!

Called for an estimate on a Monday, they came out to look by the end of the week, like they said. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. They arrived when they said they would, and the final price matched the original quote.

I felt like this was a good price to remove a tree entirely. The workers did the job very quickly. I am hoping that the trimming of the other tree will help to save the tree (it looks like it might be dying, I hope not). The tree looks better after the trim. I was a little annoyed with the professionalism of the workers. They, for one, completely smashed a lot of flowers I had growing in my front yard. They also threw their cigarette butts in my yard. The owner of the company, Lee Mueller, seemed very knowledgeable about trees and plants, and I expected that his workers would have taken more care to not damage the yards they work in. This company was, however, one of the few that responded to my inquiries for tree work. I would recommend anyone who has a nice yard to wait to hire this company until the end of the growing season (or at the very beginning), otherwise risk having your yard trampled.

I was able to get an estimate quickly but d/t their busy schedule was several weeks before the work could be done. I was very happy with the results. They trimmed the trees away from the house and power lines in a way to protect future growth.

It all went well. By the time I accepted their bid April 10th, they told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks before they could get to me, for they had so much work ahead of me. That was OK; we'd put it all off for so long that another 2 months wouldn't make much difference. At the end of May, I called to check and was told they would come the week of June 11th. However, they actually showed up on May 31st! The crew said because a nearby job had gone much more quickly than they expected. They took the pine down quickly and efficiently, as well as the bushes. At first they missed one dead branch in the oak (it was at the very top & hard to see when you were IN the tree), but said "no problem" and climbed back up, when I pointed that out. He also cut off another limb that wasn't dead, but detracted from the overall tree shape. The trimmers were all polite & friendly. The stump-grinder came in 2 working days, did his job, and then Reliable was over within the hour to finish cleaning up.

Lee came to my house and looked at all my trees. I back up to a wooded area. There was lots to do but I decided to do a little at a time which was no problem with Lee. His crew came out and did the work as described. They were fast and they cleaned up after themselves. When I returned home from work I couldn't even tell they were there but for the fact that the trees were trimmed and the deadwood removed. I will surely use them again. With all the work they had with all the storms we've had they were still able to work us in to there busy schedule.

They have done the most beautiful job. Everything they do is first class. They do what they are supposed to do and sometimes more. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am a long-standing customer, have used them for years and they are great. However, they are not as good as they used to be. My lawn did not look healthy last year and the manager did not seem to even care about it. When I worked with the president of the company then it use to be very good.

Piering work totally destroyed all of the landscaping around my home so this year landscaping is the priority. Reliable worked around my work schedule, but I don't think he listened to my needs and wants. Pleasant and professional, but he only left a bid for a small area. When I asked about the other areas we talked about, he indicated, "let's get this done first". I needed to know his ideas and costs for the entire property. I rated overall "B" because this is a bid and he did not bid the entire property. Once I select a contractor I want all of the work done at the same time and not in steps.

THEY WERE NOT THE CHEAPEST BID, BUT VERY REASONABLE. LEE MUELLER IS VERY NICE, ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS THOROUGHLY AND RETURNED PHONE CALLS IMMEDIATELY. THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME, WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, CLEANED UP ALL DEBRIS, EVEN RETURNED THE NEXT DAY TO ACCOMMODATE A CHANGE. HANDS DOWN, THE BEST TREE SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL. I HAD PLANTINGS BENEATH TREES AND THEY WERE CAREFUL NOT TO DESTROY THOSE. DID A GREAT JOB ON CLEANUP.

MADE IT LOOK LIKE BRAND NEW. I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN.

THE WORK WAS PERFORMED PROMPTLY. I WAS ADVISED THAT THE STUMP REMOVAL WOULD NOT OCCUR AT THE SAME TIME AS THE TREE REMOVAL. HOWEVER, THE STUMP WAS REMOVED WITHIN A COUPLE OF BUSINESS DAYS AND THE REMAINING HOLE WAS FILLED IN WITH TOP SOIL AS REQUIRED.
