Really well. Grant communicated clearly and honestly. He was at the property within a day. He then installed a dehumidifier to help prevent the problem from recovering. Frankly he really exceeded my expectations.

Rapid Dry came to my house today and I was surprise of their professionalism and service. I wanted an inspection on my basement and I was surprise how as part of the inspection the staff took care of a few issues there that I was not even aware of. Thank you Grant I definitely recommend this company.

I called during a time when many basements in our area were flooded due to days of steady rainfall. I found Rapid Dry on Angie's List and decided to give them a try. I got in touch with Steve and he made time that evening to come out to check our basement out. This was a stressful time for us because I was being admitted that same day to the hospital for a stem cell transplant. Steve worked with my parents to get the equipment out to dry our basement and charged a very reasonable price to get it done. I am very thankful that I used this company and plan to use them again should we have any more flooding.

Grant was on-time and very detailed in his examination of flooding damage as well as identifying the poor drainage of condo backing ours that added to the drainage problem that caused the flooding. Provided a detailed writing that we can present to the condo association so they can rectify the chronic drainage/flooding problem.

The clean-up was very nerve-wracking because I had books in nice baskets and cherished items, most of which had to be thrown away because mold was all over them. I have to say that Grant was very kind, compassionate, and gentle with me and my nerves! His work was very thorough and professional.

My plumber referred me to Rapid Dry and I am very pleased with the results. Quick response, hard workers. Everything smells great. They worked into the evening to ensure that the job was completed in a timely manner.

Grant responded within an hour on a Sunday! Assessed the situation, left for more equipment and manpower. Back within another hour. Worked till it was stabilized. Came back next two days to make sure all was well. Worked with insurance adjuster. Incredibly responsive and professional. Would use them again without hesitation.

My experience working with Grant to remediate the mold in my home was from beginning to end a pleasure. Total time from initial contact to the job being complete was less than 1 week. Highlights in working with Grant include: He was prompt and on time to both appts where we reviewed my issue and the day he performed the work. He drives a white truck with no company logo for those of you concerned about nosey neighbors. His communication skills were excellent as he called to confirm he was on his way before each appt. I was never asked to buy or even consider purchasing additional products/services beyond what I initially contacted him for help with. Grant patiently reviewed everything that would be done as part of his services with me. Twice actually so I could write down the list when I didn't do so the first time. Grant's work was thorough and of fine quality. One of the pieces used to attach my hot water heater needed to be replaced after he removed it from the closet to clean behind it. Grant went to the hardware store and didn't just buy a replacement.. Instead he purchased a better designed piece to use for the reinstall. He left the space both inside and outside where the mold was remediated clean and tidy even mopping when the job was complete. Its evident Grant prides himself in his work. I feel very lucky to have found and contracted with such an honest, hardworking professional. A++ service. Thanks Grant!!

Grant was very professional from the first time I made initial contact with him over the phone. He was very knowledgeable when presenting answers to my questions. He answered and/or returned my phone calls promptly an made himself available to meet me for the inspection of my home when it was most convenient for me. Upon arriving, he was prompt, easy to talk to, and very thorough. He wasn't rushed and took time to explain the process of what he was doing and any work that might need to be done. Though I have not had any work done by him yet (as it's only been 1 day since our first meeting), he is the type of contractor that I would look for to do business with.

Jerry was very helpful in identifying the moisture and biological growth. He was knowledgeable about insurance coverage.

Grant and his team made a terrible situation much less stressful for me. I was so glad to have them around. Grant was able to get the clean up started quickly (within hours). He arranged for a waste management / disposal container (30 cubic feet - HUGE - and we FILLED IT!) to start the ball rolling. His team then helped me sort thru my ruined belongings, identify what I could salvage, clean off some of the muck and washed down my floors and walls. He brought in giant dehumidifiers and fans and dried out my soaked premises and then measured the amount of moisture left in my wooden staircase to be sure the moisture content was reduced to a manageable level. Some of my stuff will need cleaning by a professional service; Grant and his guys made sure those things were separated. He also made sure there was no sewage in the bottom of my furnace, condemned my dryer unit as too-contaminated to salvage, relit my doused pilot light in my water heater, and took time to explain what he was doing and why. I was very pleased. I couldn't have asked for a more responsive project manager or crew.

Grant was professional and gave me an excellent rate for the services provided. He was very informative and respon sive. Even with all the rain we've had, I thought it would take a while for him to come to my house to offer suggestions, he was there within a day. And able to start performing work the next day.

It went very well. The young man was very professional. He tested the mold, identified it then sprayed it to correct the problem.

Grant was awesome. Professional and efficient. He made sure that everything was done and clean before the job was done. He helped us more than we expected. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done.

Grant did good work taking apart the damaged material in my bedroom and cleaning the space to get the air quality to a much lower spore count in the affected area. He was very methodical in his remediation and the space is now ready for the water proofing company.

Grant was responsive to our immediate need and came out to the house right away. He was thorough in his investigation, began quickly to resolve the issues that arise when you find standing water in your basement and helped us avoid future challenges with mold growth. His team were extremely professional, thoughtful and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend their services anytime.
