Three man team worked very well together and got the job done quickly.

Driveway was cleaned before sealing, edges were masked, no problems, looks nice. Will use again.

Easy to sign up for onlin. Prompt response. Paid online and got a receipt by crew before work was started. Work done quickly and well.

Spoke to Rep on phone, he set up a date to come out within a few days. Came home that evening from work and the driveway was done. No mess, no splashes, just a sealed driveway. ONLY suggestion would be the Rep/salesmen heavily pushed for me not to fill the cracks...if even for appearance purposes I wish I would have. Have to wonder why?

They did a good job! They missed a couple spots at first, but then they came right back and filled in those spots. They were good to work with, and they did good work. The owner is very responsive and is willing to talk to you and fix any problems.

Efficient group of people, good work, they did what they promised.

They worked pretty fast. I have an issue that I need to talk to them about because it looks like some of it that they put down has worn off already. I didn't get any other bids. It was pretty good quality. I've used them a couple of times.

I received a postcard from them with a quote to seal my driveway. I then went online to see what Angie's list had to say about them and while the reports weren't the most recent, there wasn't anything that really scared me. However, I did continue searching for other companies to get another quote. During the quote process that I did mostly online I was completely unimpressed with the demeanor and lack of professionalism from Ram. They knew they had the best price and felt like they didn't have to have the service side of it. Then when I decided to go with them because they were half the price of one of their competitors, I called them and basically got the same attitude... quick answers, not interested in explaining things, answered a question with a "so do you want us to schedule you for an appointment or not" question. Again, because its near the end of the season, the price was really good and this is the first time I've ever done this, I set up an appointment. Then on the day of the appointment the day came and went and no body showed up. My wife called them and was told that they were having problems with one of their trucks and they couldn't come out until 2 days later. When Thursday came it rained and we got an automated call early in the morning stating that because of the bad weather they weren't coming until the following Tuesday. When the following Tuesday came it rained again and they didn't call, we had to call them and they said they would come on Saturday. Obviously the weather is out of their control but we were extremely frustrated with how they communicated their cancelations and also didn't express any concern to get the job done. We were out of town on the weekend they did the work and when we returned I'd have to say I wasn't all that impressed with the work they did. They didn't edge the driveway so that they could effectively cover all of it. There is a spot where they must have used different shaded seal or something because the driveway is two colors. And again without knowing much about driveway sealing, I just don't feel like it's all that high of quality. A few days later they called asking to be paid (which we had left a check on our door and they took it and had cashed it) so that was bizaar. All in all, the price was tolerable so it's not a total loss but I the service from start to finish was exactly what I loathe.

They usually schedule the work within a few days from the call. The work is done neatly. They clean up the site and apply the sealant.

Great, I scheduled them to come by using their website, since it was after business hours. They confirmed by e-mail that they would come, and then sent another e-mail to reschedule for the next day because of rain (saving me a phone call). They came first thing in the morning and were finished in half an hour.

I received a postcard offering the service at a set rate if I scheduled work for a couple of specified days. I went on-line, set a price, and scheduled the service. The actual time was pretty open between 8 am and 4 pm, and a call the day before told me it would be later rather than earlier, although when I got up to feed the dog the work was finished! and didn't wake the dog, either...

I appreciate the easy on-line scheduling as I have been busy. They came and left very quickly and didn't appear to be too focused on a quality job. There were large black marks in my neighbor's grass when they were done. Some of the sealer ran into my lawn. Throughout the whole process I never spoke to anyone - they called the day before to confirm but it was just a recording - and nobody called after the job was done to say it was complete or anything about what happened to the neighbor's lawn. Sometimes making a phone call would go a long way - but by not doing so it gives off the impression that they don't care.

They arrived when they said they would and completed what they said they were going to complete. The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was honest because I asked him about patching the cracks in the driveway and he said that would not be necessary.

Desperately needed driveway resealed when I received a postcard from ram. They supplied the date and price and needed only my okay, which I provided by email. Showed up early, did a fantastic job. They made it SO easy!! I was very pleased with the work, but more impressed with how easy they made it for me. Thank you Ram!

Set up the appointment for Monday; it rained. No call, but on Tuesday they did the work. It seems fine (it's a driveway, after all). Gave us the discount for our area.

I am happy with them. I had a small complaint about an area, so they came back and resealed the entire driveway again. I felt that was unnecessary, but they sure went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

The serviceman arrived at the scheduled time and was a pleasant gentleman. He was careful to make certain all the patch work was level with the rest of the driveway with no bumps or divots. The driveway looks as good as new and I would certainly recommend his services to others in the area.

I got their estimate and did not hire them.

They were professional and personable.

Ram performed the work on the date promised and did a very good job.
