RAM DRIVEWAY SEALING

Absolutely no problem. It is easy to set up an appointment with Ram Driveway Sealing. They showed up on the agreed date and sealed my driveway. A nice neat job. It cost $243.00. The crew left behind a sprayer used in their work. I called the next day to get someone to pick it up and I was impressed to see that it was gone within a few hours. I also received a follow up call asking if I had any problems with the work. I would hire them again to reseal my driveway.

Everything went very well. Two man team arrived in the morning as promised, cleaned the driveway, and sealed it quickly and efficiently.

Long asphalt driveway and large parking pad resealed. They were fast and did a good job.

On the day scheduled for the work, the crew arrived on-time, and I spoke with them. Nice guys; seemed like everything was moving forward, so I went inside to get ready to go to work. Thirty minutes later, the crew left before doing any sealing work, and I got a voicemail message that there was a dog in my driveway and that they would come back later. I called the office to learn more, as I saw no dog in my driveway during the time the crew was at my house. I don't own a dog, and the only dog around is a neighbor's dog behind a fence. The main office couldn't tell me anything more about what the crew was concerned about, but they said the crew would come by in the afternoon to do the work. In the afternoon, I received another message that the crew could not do the work because of a dog in the driveway and that the work would need to be done another day. I called the office to find out more. The person in the office told me that she only had notes and could not tell me what the crew had seen. I explained that I wanted to understand more so that I could try to remedy the situation, as the only dog I knew of near my house was behind a fence. She told me that her crew said that there was a dog in the driveway, and that I would need to "handle it" before the work could be done. I suggested that I wouldn't know what to do to handle it if she couldn't give me more information, which she said she couldn't give me. So I told her I would need to cancel the service and asked her to refund my money. She agreed to refund the money and hung up on me. I appreciate the agreement to refund the money, but I am genuinely confused about how I should have handled this any differently. I couldn't get any information to remedy what the crews thought was a problem, and without that information, we were going to just do the same song and dance over and over again.

RAM provided a prompt and competitive bid. There was a discount for scheduling the work on a day when they were already in the area. The crew was professional, did quality work, and was done in around an hour for a large (270’ long) drive. The company said they did not fix/fill cracks. At first this disappointed me, but I bought liquid and troweled filler at Lowe’s for <$40 and did it myself in a couple of hours. Since it takes 1-2 days to dry, I guess I understand why they said they did not fix/fill cracks. Plus it was cheaper and not that hard. Highly recommend as they were quick (1 hr) and saved me a lot of mess and probably a 1/2 day work at least. $250 for materials vs only $420 for them to do it and provide better sealant than I could provide.

They did a great job and followed up afterward. I would definitely hire them again. very reasonable.

Instead of filling our potholes with gravel, they filled it with tar. This didn't dry within the standard period and resulted in tar on our car and spread in to our garage. To be fair, RAM did pay to clean the garage. But, we followed up on a regular basis to have our car cleaned and pothole issue fixed. Every time we spoke with the supervisor, he would say "We'll do whatever it takes to make things right," but nothing would ever happen. We finally gave up. Not recommended.

Highly professional and excellent quality. Would definitely use again.

They've been good. They do good work. They did recently raise their rates by $20, that was a little upsetting, but they do good work. I've used them for years, they're very consistent.

Driveway was sealed promptly and communication was good.

Excellent. Work was done on the scheduled day. Quality work. Online payment and scheduling makes things easy and quick.

I spoke to a representative on the phone and asked questions before booking and paying online. I specifically asked her if weeds and grass growing from cracks in the driveway would be an issue. She said no and that the two guys that would come to seal the driveway would have trimmers and would be able to clear out the driveway. She also said that if I've already received an estimate that they had seen my driveway. She said if I was concerned about the weeds to use some Round-Up (which I did) before they came out. Obviously they did not actually inspect my driveway before giving me the estimate because around 2 pm on the day of service they called and left a voicemail saying that there was too much vegetation and the work wouldn't be performed. I called back within 5 minutes of receiving the voicemail to receive a closed message. The voicemail also stated to call them back when the weeds were gone and they'd come back. No, thank you but that's not why I called to ensure that it's part of the service. I am physically unable to pull these weeds and use equipment to remove them. I have 6 herniated discs in my back and just can't do it, so that's why I called to be assured that THEY would do this. If I could get down and pull weeds all along my driveway then I'd be physically able to just seal it myself. I emailed on Friday for a refund and never received a response or an apology and it's been 5 days. So I called and spoke to a person and told them my address and that I want a refund. I will be expecting it within 3-10 business days. They may have done great work for other people but I found this unprofessional and a disappointment. When someone is going to give you an estimate they need to come LOOK at what they would be working with. I will find another sealing company this Fall to do the work.

The first scheduled date was rained out. Their automatic phone system notified me in the morning and gave the new schedule date. Their phone system also, called with a reminder message for both the scheduled date and reschedule date (very helpful). The crew came, cleaned off the drive, sealed it and was done in a short time. The work was clean, keeping the sealer off a brick stoop, and the concrete in the carport. Good job. I will most likely be using them again in the future.

I usually get it done every two years. They are great, and I am actually getting ready to cal them this week.

They scheduled the appointment, Requested that we park on street. They knocked on the door and were very polite. They sealed the driveway very quickly, and were very neat about it. I was a little worried that because of being on a hill, that it would get some on concrete below. They put rope up afterwards. Would use them again.

They were on time and did a great job. They even did the neighbors' driveway for free:)

The RAM crew of 2 arrived in the time window arranged and did a nice neat job for the price quoted. I am pleased and will use them again. I could not have done as good of a job nor could I have done it for less money if I have done it myself. They used a lot of product. The only concern I have results from researching coal tar sealant, which I believe comprises the MAC 52 product they use. I did not know about the health and groundwater contamination concerns about this material until today. Some locales have banned it completely. I don't know what the alternative would be however.

Cracks, both large and small were not filled in. Looked as if the sealer was watered down. Will have to do the job again, this time myself.

They're fine. I've used them for a number of years. It's very easy to schedule and they come and do the work. It's satisfactory.

A 2-man crew arrived at 9:15 and were finished by 10:30. The guys were friendly and professional. They did a very good job.

I have used this company several times in the past. I scheduled online via a postcard offer and also entered my payment info. They showed up on the day scheduled and even did a robo-call the next day making sure it was done to satisfaction. I will use them again.
