I normally have my carpet chemically cleaned instead of steam cleaned. It's better for the carpet. However, I purchased new carpet several years ago. Guess I didn't ask enough questions, but I apparently anded up with some sort of synthetic material that picks up dirt like a magnet and is very hard to clean. First, I had it chemically cleaned by a different company. It didn't get as clean as I thought it would and their employee blamed it on the material the carpet was made out of. So, the next time it had to be cleaned, I thought maybe steam cleaning would be better. When I had it steam cleaned, the house smelled for 3 weeks and, although the workers were very nice and did a good job cleaning, the carpets didn't get much cleaner. This time, I used Oxifresh Carpet Cleaning. Their employee was punctual, courteous ands professional. He worked very hard and was at my home for quite a while. When he left, my carpet looked new. When I say new, I mean new. My heavily soiled, synthetic carpet looked like new! It was a light, creamy beige color when I first got it and now it was that color again. Plus, its original texture had been restored. I was completely blown away by the results! They were 100% better than steam cleaning. I never thought my carpet could look that good again. My expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Fabulous job! I would recommend Oxifresh Carpet Cleaning to anyone all day long. I will definitely use them again.

They were really good. They did a great job. I highly recommend them. My husband was very skeptical. He wanted to go with another company. I told him that you don't have wet carpeting with them. They don't use steam. The carpet was a little damp, but it was almost dry. He didn't think it would get cleaned. They came out and they were very inexpensive compared to the other carpet cleaner. It was a different process they used. They came in and cleaned it really quickly. It was beautiful. The carpet was unbelievably clean. My husband is now sold on them. He is raving about them. I used a coupon that I had. It was very inexpensive and I would use them again in a heartbeat. They did a good job. We have some oriental rugs and they would clean them right there on the spot because it's a dry treatment. Usually you would have to roll those up and take them someplace, but they did it right there.

I was very pleased with results and would recommend the company to everyone. Punctuality is very important to me and the technician arrived right on time. Most impressive!

Craig and Alex came to our first appointment because I was having three sofas cleaned in addition to all of the carpets in the house. I was so impressed with the company's process, I called them back to clean one of my oriental rugs. Again, the outcome was exemplary. Recently, our aging beagle caused problems in two of our rooms, so Alex came again and took care of the problem plus cleaned all of my carpeting in an hour. The carpet dries very quickly and there are no styrofoam blocks placed under my furniture which, in the past, became "permanent" fixtures! The best thing is the way old stains have disappeared from my 14 year old carpeting. I thought I would have to replace it! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, OxiFresh!

I thought it strange that he didn't vacuum first. Anyhow, he did the cleaning and the carpets do look better. The spots that didn't come out seem to have intensified. Maybe because they were brought to the surface.

He was on time, very professional and friendly. Did his job, cleaned up and was gone.

I have used numerous carpet cleaning companies over the years and this is the best company I have used. Craig Robbins and his crew were timely for the scheduled appointment and went right to work. They were able to remove a few stains that I did not think would come out. When they were finished, the carpets were nearly dry and dried complete a short time later.
