It went fine, but the stains remained on the stairs and the large area rug didn't hold teh clean for long

The guys arrived 10 minutes early and thoroughly detailed the process they use to clean. They were polite, friendly and very professional. When they were done, my carpets smelled wonderful! They were dry very quickly and were very soft and clean. I will definitely call them again. Wonderful company!

We were very pleased with our experience! Our technician was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough in her efforts. She worked around existing furniture, took the initiative to move a sectional couch to ensure no stains underneath, and took extra care to prepare and clean the stairs/landing. We couldn’t be happier!

No noticeable improvement in cleanliness or smell of furniture. The upholstery looks a little wrinkled and roughed up. Paid extra for odor treatment. Providers were friendly and prompt.

The young man who came was rather new to the role. He was certainly polite and well trained in "customer relations". But, the results seem to suggest he could have spent more time cleaning the carpets and less time selling up. The carpet cleaning - in the end - was just adequate.

Tim was very polite and friendly. He called to let me know when he was arriving and showed up on time. I showed him the problem areas, he reviewed the price quote and, once approved, got straight to work. He was professional and quick. He cleaned up after himself and was finished with everything within about an hour. Two of the spots were completely gone and one was considerably better, though not gone entirely. I appreciated his efforts and the final result was very good. He stated that the floors would dry quickly - within about an hour - and that happened as expected.

Could not get close up to the walls due to their equipment, leaving brown borders. Ran into the wicker Hamper damaging it. Made no effort to advise us. Damage was discovered later and the damage was the same width as their equipment.

I was very pleased. Joe called to confirm the day before, then showed up right on time and was friendly and professional. Best of all, my carpets are cleaner than they've been in years! In the past, I've noticed stains came back the next day or after drying. With OxiFresh it's been 3 days and still clean and "fresh!"

When I originally contacted the company, I was quoted $163, including odor removal. When the technician arrived, I was told that odor removal would cost an additional $100. After he and I spoke with customer service, I was told that it would cost $50. I decided to take the additional service, but am very unhappy with the surprise extra fee. Technician asked if he could arrive early, which was fine, but then spent almost half an hour standing by his truck before bringing in equipment and beginning service.

It went well, but there were areas that did not get clean, which were visible after the carpets dried. They returned and re-cleaned them. Carpets now look good.

Very poorly. I purchased the $149 for 5 rooms on Angie's List based on the "A" rating and reviews but I never got a phone call to set it up, despite filling out the "on line schedule". Then, when I called the local number in Kirkwood, MO , it rolled into a major call center. That operator insisted that I pay the $149 again, even though I had already paid through Angie's List. When I said that I had proof (email) that I had paid it already, he hung up on me ! Wow ! That was disappointing, I don't trust the grading system on Angie's List.

Great! I bought a coupon through Angies List. Called and set up the appointment within a few days. Joseph, the technician, called and arrived on time. He was very thorough and informative. He suggested some help with a puppy stained carpet. I love the Oxi Fresh uses safe products and they are great to work with.
