My experience with OxiFresh was positive from start to finish. Nina was excellent on the phone. I had an Angie's List deal that had expired, but she honored it anyway. She was able to get me scheduled the very next day! Tim called the next morning to let me know when he would arrive. He was a few minutes late, but it was fine with me. Tim is, hands down, the best service provider I have ever had in my home! He was professional, courteous, and performed his job thoroughly and with explanation on what he was doing the whole time...all with a smile on his face. It shows that Tim has a passion for what he does! He even stopped what he was doing to introduce himself and shake my husband's hand when he later walked into the room! After he wrapped things up, he even went looking for my husband in the next room to thank him and tell him goodbye. We'll done, Tim! Thank you for such great service.... I scheduled to have all of my carpets cleaned. My carpets are about a year old. When Matt came in, he asked to see my carpet warranty. He showed me in the fine print that if he cleaned my carpet, it would negate my warranty. Apparently Stainmaster does this so they don't have to pay claims. They only accept a certain method of cleaning. Matt cleaned my two spots for FREE and gave me a FREE bottle of Oxi Fresh cleaner. He referred me to another company that does the "accepted" method. WOW. If you're looking for an honest company that will do right by you, I'd recommend calling Oxi Fresh.

I used them about three months ago. Everything went very well with them. There were no additional fees or costs. If I needed to, I would absolutely use them in the future.

He explained exactly what he was doing and what to do if we have any future stains, as well as leave behind a bottle of stain remover. We moved the furniture prior to his arrival. He cleaned all the carpet (only had carpet in master suite). The amount of carpet was less than what the company advertised, so he offered to clean a large rug at no extra charge. The rug was new and had the "new rug smell". He cleaned the rug plus put a chemical on the rug to neutralize the smell. I highly recommend this company.

The gentlemen was personable, professional, and did a good job. However, my recliner still smells a bit like wet dog. Aplso, when I spoke to the employee on the phone was under the impression that the odor remover was included in the package. In addition when I did the math from the chart he brought I was actually under the quoted price on Angies List. And I still had to pay an additional price of $30.00 for the pet odor neutralizer.

Technician was punctual, very friendly, no pressure to add more service, and carpets were dry within 2 hours and looked wonderful.

The technician was prompt and courteous. The carpets were in OK shape before the cleaning, but were in great shape afterwards.

The technician arrived as expected and tested the pieces for colorfastness. Because of time needed to dry another appointment was scheduled. Again he arrived as agreed and on time and the cleaning was completed. I was very impressed by the care and concern shown that the pieces not be damaged and ultimately that I was satisfied with the results. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them for their services.

I bought a carpet/furniture cleaning deal on Angie's List. They were very responsive in setting up an appointment date and I did not have to wait for weeks to get the appointment. They showed up on time (actually early after calling me to ask if it was ok to come earlier) and did a fantastic job. That carpet was absolutely filthy and it looks great now. Ali was the carpet cleaner and he was polite and professinal. I would most definitely use this service again and have already recommended them to a co-worker.

Great service. They took the time to explain the method and the quality was superb. The floors were like new (even though it is 20 yrs. old) and it was walkable after 2 hrs. We'll be using them again in the future.

Ali arrived early and started work immediately on carpet in 2 bedrooms. He did an excellent job. I only wish I had requested to have the ceramic tile in my entry way cleaned also. He said he would gladly do it but didn't have the equipment with him to do so. I will definitely use them again.

The OxiFresh Rep, Blake, did a superb job in cleaning my carpets. I had several hard stains and he refused to give up on them until he had exhausted everything he could do to get them as clean as possible. He did an excellent job, better than I had expected. He was on time, very polite and courteous and bent overt backwards to make sure we were happy with his job. Doing stairs is a difficult job to do, but Oxifresh did it easily and thoroughly. They called a half hour before the appointment and asked if they could come early, which they did. The Owner and his trainee did an excellent job of the stairs, landing, and two runners on first floor. I will rehire them any time. Great customer service.

Let me start by saying I used this same company, Oxifresh, to clean the *exact* same basement carpet on January 21, 2012. The only difference is that the carpet then was much dirtier. I was so satisfied with that cleaning that I posted an Angie's List review, and I made a mental note to remember this company the next time I needed my carpet cleaned. Almost 2 years later and I'm selling my house. I need to have the carpet cleaned and deodorized, so I make an appointment online with Oxifresh. I was at work the morning of the clean, so I gave the employee the lock box pin number to grab the key, clean the carpets, and then lock up and leave. When he had finished, he called me at work and said he did the best he could but that some of the areas were compacted. I didn't understand what he meant, but I thought if they got out the spots and came even close to the clean back in 2012, I'd be okay with it. I gave him my credit card code, he mentioned something about adding a tip, I said no, and that was that. When I made it back to the house to inspect, I was surprised at what I saw. Yes, the obvious spots were gone, but in several spots the carpet now looked like it had been trampled by a football team. The berber carpet was now smushed down in several spots where it hadn't been before. Yes, these smushed spots look worse than before the clean. Furthermore, the brightness and clean look that I remembered from the 2012 clean wasn't there. The deodorizing must have worked because I didn't really smell anything. I regret having my carpet "cleaned" by this company. I'm not sure what has changed since the cleaning back in 2012, but something is different. The technique, the chemicals, the ownership, SOMETHING has changed because now I'm faced with either having the carpet cleaned by another company or replacing it altogether.

It was time (past time, to be honest) to have the basement carpet cleaned. With two dogs, things tend to get dirty quickly. Spot cleaning wasn't working like I hoped. My wife sent me a Living Social deal for carpet cleaning, and after doing some quick research, we decided to give this a try. I took some before and after pictures, and we were pleasantly surprised by the work done. The carpet was wet for a few hours after cleaning, but the next morning was dry. It looks great.

. I like the fact that the carpet is dry almost immediately. Their pricing is good. The staff did a very good job. They do good at spot removal. I will use them in the future.

I usually have my carpets cleaned every three months. I have tried other services, and I did not like it. It took about two days for the carpets to dry. I like the way my carpets look. I would love to have them every week. They don't use water like some of the other ones do. They use some sort of a treatment that just goes in like a chemical that absorbs the dirt. I really don't know how it works. My carpet is not wet when the others do their work and leave, but I just like the way my carpets look after Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning does the work. They just look fresher and are already dry it seems.
