Description of Work: Cleaned upholstered furniture.Cleaning was good but was told would be dry enough to use two hours after done. I questioned the short drying time but was again told would definitely be dry in about two to three hours. It took almost three DAYS to dry enough to use. Again, cleaning was good but drying time was vastly understated.

Description of Work: cleaned sofa, loveseat and matching throw pillows for both. Both pieces were VERY heavily soiled. Service removed all odors and a large amount of soiling, though not all. It would take another cleaning session to possibly remove more. We were quite satisfied with the results.
