Sharon did an amazing job installing wallpaper in my powder room. She was able to work around some wall mounted items seamlessly. The paper has a pattern and she was able to match it perfectly. She arrived on time, worked so quietly I hardly remembered she was here, and she left the space cleaner than when she arrived. I would most definitely contact Off The Wall for future wallpaper projects.

It went about as well as anyone could hope. Each time we have used her, she has given us a solid, reasonable estimate. She sets a date and time and is always punctual. The work is performed quickly, yet efficiently and completely. She is very careful about clean up, and we really can't complain about a single thing. A+ service and performance each time, and we would highly recommend Sharon and Off the Wall LLC to anyone who needs wallpaper removal.

Everything went according to plan -- time, money, you name it. She was on time for the estimate visit and the work days. We are not wallpaper people, but I do know that Sharon puts wallpaper on as well and if we ever wanted that service, she would be the only person we call. If you want a good job done at a fair price, she is the person to hire.

Sharon was Awesome! From the first phone call, that was promptly returned...we set up a day for an estimate...she was prompt and professional and answered all my questions. We scheduled a day for the job to be done within 2 weeks. Sharon called to confirm our work day to make sure everything was a "Go". Showed up on time, brought all her own equipment to clean up afterward and started her job...I was in and out that day and she made it seamless...I did not worry about anything while I was away...the job was completed in the time she had estimated and the cost was exactly as she had estimated. I will definately use Sharon again...I have one more room to get rid of wallpaper in...and she bid it on her way out. I highly recommend "Off The Wall"...100% satisfied customer!

Difficult paper to remove (Waverly) and did a great job. She got me in the next day (which was very much appreciated) and cleaned up completely!

We hired Sharon again to remove wallpaper from our home office. After contacting Sharon, she arrived at the scheduled time to assess the job and give us an estimate. After we agreed to have the work done, she arrived exactly when scheduled to do the work. Sharon works by herself, works quietly and very professionally, and stays until the work is completed if she has scheduled a one day job. Sharon went out of her way to work with us on this office job. We had moved office furniture and a sofa to give her access to two walls, then she offered to take her lunch break at home so we could move the furniture while she was gone to give her access to the other walls. We have not had any problems in using her wallpaper removal service and would certainly call her again, but she has now removed nearly all the wallpaper in our house except for a couple of borders. We consider Off the Wall to be a very reliable, efficient service provider.

Prompt, efficient & cleaned the walls of all glue. She was very responsive, arrived when promised even though it was a snowy morning. Left the job site very clean and disposed of all waste.

This was a big project. She let us know when she would be arriving and leaving for each of the 6 days, working 8 hours each day, she was in our house. Both of us had vacation plans and a holiday in the middle of the project, so we took time off for this. This was agreeable with both of us. There were some walls that the paper came off easily with no damage to the walls. There were other walls with damage, caused by the walls not being prep properly before being wallpapered. We removed some of the wallpaper ourselves, which was OK with her, she then removed the wallpaper paste and washed down the walls. We have since had all of the walls painted. Our painter indicated the wall were in very good shape for having wallpaper on them in the past, even the ones with damage. He wanted to know who had removed the wallpaper, as he wanted to be able to tell his customers, who needed wallpaper removed, about Off the Wall.

Sharon Frailey of Off the Wall was in my home recently. She removed wallpaper in a large master bathroom and also in a hallway area. She did a terrific job of removing some very difficult wallpaper. She is very organized and there was no mess left behind after the job was finished. She quietly goes about her work and is highly professional in every way. I will certainly be calling her for future jobs.

the removal was not apparent to me on any of the wainscoat below the wallpaper or the floors. Sharon was always prompt and professional in my interactions with her. I never obtained any other estimates because I knew Sharon would be fair and would do an excellent job and she did. As I write the review, I am expecting Sharon to arrive in a few hours to remove some hideous wallpaper from our other home and a border in one of the bathrooms. We will call her back at a different time to remove the borders in 2 bedrooms and another bathroom and can't wait to have freshly painted bathrooms soon. I highly recommend Sharon and you only need to make one phone call to get your project done. She is the best!

Sharon responded quickly to our inquiry and was out to our house within a couple of days to remove the hideous black-and-white rooster wallpaper from our kitchen prior to our move-in date the next week. She did a fantastic job.

l She came on a Saturday so she could work when the construction workers were not here. She did a beautiful job. She is very thorough and takes obvious pride in her work. My walls had extra difficult glue to remove and she did so without complaint. In addition she was very nice and pleasant to have in my home. If I had any more wallpaper to be removed I would definitely contact Sharon.

This review is way overdue. The job took place last year. I procrastinated writing my review. My apologies. Just over a year ago I contacted Off the Wall for wallpaper removal (so I could followup with paint). I had pre-measured the work area (a hallway and a connected adjacent stairwell), and provided that during our phone call. OTW were able to provide an estimate over the phone (they also offered to come out to look it over first, if I wished - but that was why I pre-measured things - to save that step). Anyhow, the estimate looked good to me and we set up the appointment. They arrived on time, and got the job done under both the time and cost estimates. They got it done in one day instead of the 2 estimated; and the cost was under by maybe $75 - $100 (I don't recall for sure). To my pleasure. they got every last scrub of that horrible wallpaper off (even in the tight spaces in the corner with two door frames + mouldings). In the end, the wall ended up with some "pockmarks" on it. They said that the walls need to be "floated" before painting. I have yet to get the painting done (soon) but hopefully having the walls "floated" isn't a big deal that costs a lot. In any case, I trust the pockmarks were unavoidable and minimized by the professional approach I saw in the team. I would/will hire them again (I do have other work in mind for them; but it's not yet high enough on my list <g>).

Sharon removed some stubborn wallpaper from our master bedroom with minimal damage to wall. She was clean and efficient in her service. The entire project was completed in one day. Would recommend her to others for sure.

She was wonderful! We had to have her come in and work around the timing of some other work. She scheduled right in the time frame that we needed her to come. She showed up on time and had all of her equipment with her and it was organized well. She worked her magic and got it to where it looked like new drywall. Then she cleaned up after herself and was on her way. It looks fantastic, and was at a reasonable price.

I was very pleased. Sharon arrived right on time, immediately went to work, and finished within the time she had originally estimated. She did a great job and at a very fair price. She is a true professional and I would definitely recommend her work.

The work has been excellent. They have came on time and worked very hard with the work with very little disruption. The lady is very personable and the service has gone very well.

When I realized that my skills as a wallpaper remover were totally non-existent, I looked on Angie's List and found Sharon's listing (Off the Wall LLC). I called her the next day, explained the job and the time crunch, and she made an appointment to come to our home and look at the job. She offered a date within a week of our appointment and arrived right on time. It was if the wallpaper removal fairy godmother had visited -- I left for work and when I returned the paper was gone, the floors were clean, and the wall were ready to be painted. I have two small bedrooms that still have wallpaper; when I get in the mood to redecorate them, Sharon will be the first person I call.

Sharon came out for a bid and we agreed on a price. she put us on her schedule and returned later and started removing the paper. after removing paper from the 2 baths and 1 bedroom. she removed the paper from one wall in the stairwell and informed us of the paint over paper would be too hard to remove without ruining the drywall under neath and reccommended a painter we were very pleased she worked all day without taking breaks or lunch we would definately hire again.

Sharon arrived as scheduled and completed the work in about 1.5 hours. She did a beautiful job. We plan to call her again if we need to have wallpaper removed or installed.

Sharon arrived on schedule and performed the work in a very professional manner. She removed the old wallpaper and the sizing underneath it with negligible damage to the surface of the drywall. She cleaned the room thoroughly, including the floor, before leaving. We were very pleased with the outcome and would hire her again for future wallpaper removal or installation.

I was disappointed with the overall experience. A projected 3-day job took 3 weeks. Sharon worked 2 days and then said she had a family situation, a doctor's appointment and then a scheduled vacation. Our home was a disaster from May 24-June 11. This was not acceptable. However, by the time she gave her reasons for not coming as scheduled, we were already into the job and had no choice but to keep going with her. Sharon has gotten good reviews from Angie's List, so perhaps our experience was an aberration. That being said, we would never hire her again, nor can we recommend her. I was also disappointed with the quality of her work. She did much more wall damage than we were led to expect. She looked at all of our wallpaper during her estimate visit and said it shouldn't be too difficult to remove though it might not all come off easily. When she got into the job, it was a different story. Our painting contractors had a great deal of wall repair to do.
