Sharon just left and I could not be more pleased. I had had work done by her in the past and even the painters commented on how professionally the wallpaper removal was. She called to confirm our appointment last night and arrived this morning on time. She has all her own supplies and worked tirelessly. Sharon knows what solutions to use to remove all the residual glue/paste. She left no mess...even vacuumed! Now my biggest problem will be deciding what color to paint the walls!

Sharon Frailey did a great job for us, working efficiently and quickly. She and her son did a great job preparing the walls for painting. They cleaned up all the mess and left the area as clean as possible. We had 5 large rooms and 3 bathrooms of wallpaper to be removed. The cost was very reasonable for all the work that she did. She is trustworthy and I would recommend her to anyone needing wallpaper removed.

Great experience working with Sharon. She was able to get the job done on short notice at a reasonable cost. No mess or damage to the walls. If you have ever tried stripping wall paper on your own, you know it is a slow, tedious and messy task. If you have not, the You Tube videos that say how easy it is, are very misleading. I strongly urge you to hire Off The Wall - save yourself a lot of time and aggravation.

A couple of years ago we decided to update our home by removing all the wallpaper and instead paint each room. Each time we tackled a room Sharon Frailey was the first person I contacted. She always responded quickly, gave an estimate and scheduled the work needed to be done. She is the very best! The painter I use always comments how great a job she does making his job much easier. Initially my wife and I fought to cleanly remove the 1970s wallpaper paste from our stairwell and lost bad. Searched Angie's List and called Off the Wall. Sharon came out for the initial estimate and back to complete work about a week later. She gave us a reminder courtesy call one business day before our appointment and showed up on time. She was able to remove the wallpaper paste, including a section of 14 ft stairwell, from all areas while maintaining drop cloths under the work area. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the result and would definitely recommend Off the Wall.

Looking for a craftsman who shows up for estimate on time? Shows up for the job on time? Does the job with great skill? Then Sharon Frailey is the person you want. Gave estimate for two rooms, completed one and started the other. Told me the second room had not been prepared for papering properly and would not strip easily. It would make a mess of the walls and they would have to be repaired before painting. Sharon said the paper was on tight and if sealed/primed would take painting. The result was she spent a little over half the time she estimated for the job and gave me an invoice reflecting that. If Angie's List allowed I would give Sharon AAA. If you have wall paper to be removed, look no farther than Off The Wall, LLC.

Who ever did the original wallpapering in our house didn't properly prepare the wall surfaces so that stripping the actual wallpaper left an underlayment of paper backing still adhered to the walls. Off The Wall, with skill and patience was able to clear up that situation in a day. They were very (and I stress that term) professional and good at the work they did for us. We were informed if there was a glitch or if there was something that needed extra care during the entire process. Off The Wall accomplished in a day what I couldn't have done in a month if at all. They deserve every compliment and top rating and review, and they certainly have ours. I'd use these folks again in a heartbeat.

Sharon did an excellent job. I had no idea that there was a first wallpaper that had never been removed. When I hired to have a different wallpaper put up the workers put a primer over the first layer of wallpaper and then put up the wallpaper I had contracted for. That made the job of removal so very difficult and time consuming. Sharon explained that there were two layers of paper that would have to be removed. She worked without complaining as I am sure it threw her schedule off since so much more time was required than originally planned. She also had her son with her who was just as professional and capable. They were both always on time and pleasant to have in our home. I would not hesitate to recommend her. She is as good as there is.

All of the wall paper was removed. She explained how the glue residue that was left could be sanded. The job was done in a timely manner and the clean up was excellent. I asked if she knew any painters and she recommended three. The job was done leaving the walls in good shape for painting. The quote the provider gave before starting was accurate. The provider had a good personality and it was a pleasure to have her in my home.

Sharon provided a very detailed and accurate estimate--final cost had no surprises. She was prompt, came on the agreed-upon day and worked constantly and, together with her son, put in a total of about 27 hours , over 2 1/2 days. The job is beautiful and she cleaned up thoroughly after each day. In addition, she was always pleasant and answered my questions readily. She charged wallpaper hanging by the double roll, not by the hour. I am VERY pleased and would use her again! It is hard to understand how much work is involved in a job like this until you watch a conscientious person do it.

Sharon was friendly, times and provided a great service for a reasonable price. All wallpaper was removed without any damage to walls and she was clean and efficient. It only took her one day!

Sharon arrived a little late but that was not a problem for us. She immediately went to work removing wallpaper from around cabinets and counter tops. She brought everything she needed and took it all with her when she left. The area was spotless. She finished in an hour less than the estimated time, so she adjusted her price accordingly. Professional workmanship. The wallpaper was on drywall and if we had wanted the kitchen to be white we wouldn't have even had to paint most of it. Very nice lady... highly recommended.
