Sharon called and we set up a date for her to come and assess the amount of work that needed to be done. She came over and we showed her what needed to be done and she gave us a written estimate which we agreed to. On 5/31/12 Sharon arrived and removed the wallpaper then scrubbed off all the wallpaper glue.

I found Sharon on Angie's list I received 4 bids including Sharon's and all were within a few dollars of each other. I chose Sharon because of her personality and professional demeanor at the time of her bid. I felt very comfortable with her.I had several rooms that needed wall paper removed, living room, dining, room , foyer, powder room, a bedroom, a hall and laundry room. She was very accommodating with the scheduled and worked around other jobs to get my wall paper down. She worked days, evenings and weekends to meet my painting schedule. When she left, you did not know she was there or work had been done, Immaculate ! Would highly recommend Sharon and would not hesitate to call her again

We were on a tight schedule because we were trying to get some kitchen remodel work done and we needed to take the wallpaper off and paint the kitchen before we could begin the work. Sharon helped us meet that tight deadline by her fast and efficient work. We have a lot of wallpaper and will hire her again in the future.

I got 4 estimates for this job, and Sharon was almost $400 less than the others. We had to reschedule a few times due to family medical issues, but she discounted the final bill due to the inconvenience - so it can in exactly as estimated. This was a big job (3 large areas with high ceilings), and Sharon completed it all in 2 long days. I was very pleased with the quality of her work and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

From the initial contact through the finished job there were no problems. Upon initial contact, Sharon let me know she was unavailble until late February or early March. I considered looking for someone else, but based upon her reviews on Angie's List, I decided to wait for her to be available. I called her back to do an estimate for us. She scheduled the estimate quickly and provided us with a written estimate. The work was scheduled for 3/1/12 and 3/2/12. She called ahead of the scheduled date to state that she would arrive at 8 AM if that was OK with us. She did arrive at 8 AM, brought absolutely everything except water with her, including her own trash bags and vacuum, began to work immediately, worked efficiently, was friendly, kept us updated on progress, and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. And... she charged us less than her estimate! Our house is now ready for the next phase of our renovation. I would highly recommend Sharon to anyone needing wallpaper removal!

Sharon arrived and went right to work. She wasted no time and did an outstanding job! She cleaned up after herself every day. Because I had so much to do, the job took several days. Both bathrooms were an extra problem. One of them had paint on top of the wallpaper. The other one had sizing below the wallpaper. Both of them took extra time. Sharon was always a delight to welcome into my home. She is friendly, professional and very efficient. She even got along well with my dog.

Sharon provide a free estimate about two weeks before she did the work. She gave me the estimate by room so that I could pick and choose which rooms I would have the wallpaper removed from. He prices are reasonable. She arrived on time and only took a few minutes to prepare the estimate. I agreed and asked when she would be available. We agreed on a date convenient for me. Sharon arrived on time. I allowed her access to my house but was not present while she was working. I called her a few minutes after she arrived to verify she was there and ensure everything was as expected. I asked her to call me 30 minutes before she was finished. Sharon called me 30 minutes before she completed the work. I went home to inspect the work and pay her. The walls were clear of all wallpaper with no damage to the walls. I was quite pleased with the results. She had thoroughly cleaned up both rooms. I was pleased with the entire experience. I intend to call her back when I am ready for her to remove the remainder of wallpaper in the house. He cost exactly matched her estimate. She did what she said she would do when she said she would do it. If you need wallpaper removed, I highly recommend you call Sharon.

Sharon is a VERY hard worker and meticulous in her work as well. I highly recommend her, and would be happy to work with her again in the future.

Sharon arrived on time with all of her equipment, ready to go. Determined that wallpaper in dining room and one bathroom had been applied without properly preparing the drywall beneath it, so those rooms required use of the steamer. She worked efficiently and quietly, took time to answer questions and to show me troublesome spots or explain what she was encountering. The job required working on a ladder as well as getting into tiny spaces under counters. Excellent work on a difficult job I wouldn't have attempted to do myself. She explained what we needed to do next to prep the walls for paint. We had a great experience with Sharon/Off The Wall and would gladly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service.

I had originally rated Off The Wall LLC with a "D" because I didn't hear back for 6 days on 2 emails requesting a proposal, but noted there could have been extennuating circumstances. Sharon contacted me today to notify me that she'd been in the hospital and apologized for not contacting me sooner. She was very nice and while we won't likely use her this time because we're already further along with 2 other companies, we'd be happy to consider Sharon in the future.

Sharon did an outstanding job for me. I'm prepping my house for sale and suddenly realized I can't do all the projects I had planned to do myself. I've been trying to strip the wallpaper and glue in a small powder room for 2 years - and Sharon wrapped it up in 2 hours. Contemporary Refinishing (awesome company if you need tile/tubs etc resurfaced) recommended her. I called her and she accommodated my tight timeframe for getting the work done. I left a message for her and it was returned the same day and we promptly scheduled the work. She brought all the materials she needed for the job and kept the premises clean and tidy. I wish I had called her 2 years ago instead of living with stained/torn paper all this time!

Sharon came recommended to me by a professional painter, which speaks volumes on how well she removes wallpaper (painters don't like to have to paint a wall that has ANY paper or paste remnants). Sharon has done previous work for me, as well as other family members and friends, and she is always very professional and pleasant to work with. Her quotes are also very accurate regarding how long it will take for her to complete the job. She is very experienced at hanging and removing paper and I'm always amazed at how quickly she gets the work completed, especially considering how hard the paper in my house is to remove!
