Description of Work: They came out for an evaluation on a variety of concerns I had. Rich was very helpful in explaining things to me and making suggestions about repairs that could be made. I never felt that he was pressuring me or trying to sell me repairs I didn't need. I may use them in the future for certain repairs as funds become available to do them.

Description of Work: They built a balcony for us.They did a great job, kept things cleaned as they worked and took away all the debris. It was a beautiful job. We recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Repaired attic insulation that they feel is the cause of ceiling cracks. Will not know if this solved the ceiling crack problem for a year.

Description of Work: The contractor was slow to answer my calls and never presented me with a bid.

Description of Work: I asked for a strategic house plan/design. After they had designed a kitchen they wanted to start construction; I wanted the full house plan before embarking on a specific part of the rehab. I was told they don't make their money on the plan, so they needed to start construction. Just one problem: the estimate for the kitchen was high enough to build a new house. I would steer anyone away from this company for more reasons than I can type here. Please do not use my name on this comment.

Description of Work: I called them to schedule an appointment to get estimates for ADA accessbility to my home. I only spoke to the phone receptionist. | |In order to provide an estimate they would charge $350.00, simply for the estimate. This contradicts all ideas that home owners should get at least 3 estimates for valid comparisons. Yes, the cost could be applied to eventual work if I decided to select them. However, the price for an estimate simply eliminated them from my bidding process.

Description of Work: Their service was used to repair water damage from a blown radiator in two rooms. The painted walls and refinished the floors.

Description of Work: Work done: Replace the tile, tub, fixtures, and flooring in a bathroom Backsplash in the kitchen New deck (small) Paint interior except for 2 bedrooms Repair the ceiling where a skylight was removed Replace a sink in another bathroom Fix doors Other minor projects I have lived in my house for 25 yrs and had numerous little things I needed to get fixed, plus I wanted to redo a bathroom, add a backsplash in the kitchen, and redo a deck. From my first meeting with Mosby, they were extremely careful to get all the details of what I wanted done. They brought me back a written proposal with every project outlined and made sure it included everything. I then asked if they could do the job while I was gone on vacation, which they did. They came when they said they would, and completed the job on time. They did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. When there were a few little things I wanted to change or that needed to be fixed, they were very attentive to my wishes and fixed them. The tile work in the bath and kitchen were especially well done. I'm someone who likes things done right so I don't have to mess with it again for a long time. They were the right company for me. I can't say enough about their promptness, attentiveness, skill, and conscientiousness to get the job done right. It was a pleasure to work with them. They exceeded all my expectations.
