Family-owned Morgner Inc. Air Conditioning and Heating has been providing air conditioning and heating sales, service and installation to Saint Louis and surrounding communities for over 40 years. Don Morgner started the business in 1965 and became a Lennox dealer in 1966, purchasing Binkley Heating & Sheet Metal in Webster Groves in 1971. The business then moved to its present location on S. Brentwood Blvd. in 1989.

Description of Work: For just coming out and diagnosing the problem, I thought that it was a little pricy. But I understand that they have to make money. However,the problem that I had they diagnosed it right the first time. And if I need another one, I would call them.

Description of Work: I have been using Morgner's for my heating and cooling for 13 yrs. In my prior home they installed my furnace as well as my air conditioner. In my current house they replaced my air conditioner this spring. I have the 3 yr contract with them to provide maintenance including fall cleaning for the furnace and spring cleaining for the air conditioner. They are always on time, courteous, thorough and give me a full explanation of all serivces. When contacting the company by phone, the staff are always courteous and professional as well. I have referred many neighbors to Morgner's and all have been very satisfied. I get much peace of mind knowing if there is any problem with heating or cooling that they are only a phone call away.

Description of Work: I called and left a message for the boss to give me a call on a technical question, After 5 hours I called him back, He was responsive then but, didn't know the answer to my question and said he would have someone else call me back, He never did, In the past they had done excellent work and been very responsive,

This was quite a while ago. I do not know what kind of equipment the customer had a question about. We certainly would have a proper response to any questions regarding HVAC. If we didn't know the answer we would find out. I can only assume that the question dealt with a subject we were unfamiliar with. We apologize for not responding in a timely manner. I'm sure the customer realized this and has continued to have us service the HVAC equipment in his home.

Description of Work: Our A/C quit & we feared the worst. Called Morgner for service in p.m. explaining situation. Said they would call when in area the next day or so to take a look. Next day, noon-time, came to house, said we needed to replace thermostat. Installed digital thermostat & showed us how to use it.
