I was referred to Morgner by another HVAC company -- they told me Morgner is the best for Boiler/radiator systems. They were right. Morgner identified and fixed multiple issues with the Boiler -- issues that a different HVAC company failed to identify after multiple inspections and clean & checks. Our heat has never worked better. The repairman was polite, professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. If you have a house with a boiler and radiator heat you should definitely use Morgner.

I called Morgner because we were having problems with my father's hvac which was purchased around December 2012. Morgner installed the unit and it was still under warranty. The problem was that the A/C was running overtime and there was condensation build up on the ducts running from the unit. One of the Morgners took my phone call right away and walked me step by step through a number of simple systems checks which when all completed resolved the problem in about 24 hours. I was impressed by the way he was able to pinpoint the causes of the problem over the phone and calmly explain what was wrong and what we had failed to do without sounding critical or condescending and there was no charge or unnecessary service call.

We were actually quoted incorrectly but Steve made good on it and gave us a special price. We have used this company for years for maintenance on our furnace and AC including the original and the new unit they installed 6 years ago and have always been pleased. Earline at the office is always friendly when making our appointments or renewing our Diamond Plan. All techs have always been friendly and courteous.

Technician showed up early the next day to evaluate slow cooling. Determined that unit was substantially low on freon. Unit was re-charged while other aspects of the system were checked out. The technician, Tim, was knowledgeable and friendly and passed along other suggestions regarding operating and maintaining the system, as he was working.

We got a few different bids and they were the least expensive. They did everything well. The air conditioner worked really well

We had two old water heaters that were starting to leak. We solicited several bids, and asked for a bid from Morgner after they were recommended to us by several different friends. Morgner promptly responded to my email request for a bid, and provided a thorough explanation of the planned work. Their bid was quite competitive, but we decided to go with Morgner primarily due to their professionalism and expertise. They showed up promptly on the agreed day of service, and quickly replaced both water heater. Our basement was left neater than they found it, and they were very courteous to our young children as well. They followed up with a phone call to make sure we were happy with the service and installation. It was a refreshing change to work with a company that takes pride in their job and treats the customer, well, like a customer.

They are great. They are a good company to work with. I got them from Angie's List a couple of years ago. They come out quickly and they even call after the work is done to make sure everything works fine. I have referred them to almost 10 people in my neighborhood.

Warm air was circulating from my old a/c unit. Morgner was one of the companies I called for a quote. We discussed a new product called EZ Seal for slow freon leaks and the price of freon. Morgner was the lowest quote received and Mr Morgner was very informative in our discussion. Even though the EZ Seal is not guaranteed, I felt it was my best option at this time rather than a new unit. The technician came out as promised, first thing the next morning. Even though I called in the afternoon the day before, they were very apologetic for not being able to get out the same day. Something I did not expect. My a/c was checked, cleaned and freon along with EZ Seal was added. This is the best it has worked in several years. I am hopeful that the EZ Seal will continue working and this older unit will blow out cold air for a couple more years to come.

I think they are the best in town. I have recommended them to other people and they all like them; they are great. We work with them on an annual maintenance plan which I think is very good. You can get a discount if repairs are needed. They are responsive, honest and did a great job. Their costs made sense and if you have repairs they would walk you through them to explain alternatives. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.
