Description of Work: They stated I had a small amount mold and that I could remove it myself.Did not charge me for a service call.

Description of Work: Removed the rotted panelling of a basement room and treated the wall for mold. Covered the whole area to decontaminate. Identified a fissure which I then had fixed. Cleaned up very well after the job and left the air filter in per my request over nigt and removed the next day

Description of Work: Sprayed all affected areas in the basement, filtered air for 24 hrs, thoroughly cleaned every vent (air duct) in the entire house, and cleaned the furnace.

Description of Work: None. I really liked Rich and feel that he knows his field well. I wanted to hire him but but he did not respond for a month after doing an estimate for remediation, and when I called, they lost my report. He told me that he got a new manager and I gave him another chance. He and his manager came again and would send a bid in 2 days. Sadly, it never came. I hired another company.

Description of Work: Was in the middle of a major renovation when discovered significant outbreak of mold. Rich met with me immediately, and explained the extent of my problem and want needed to be done. He had commerical dehumidifiers running in the basement the next day, and had the work completed within a week - the promptness allowed my contractor to stay on schedule. I could not have asked for a better experience.
