They were the best bid. They were very professional. They used a special hoist and lift to ensure that my hip nail roof wasn't damage. They pay very strict attention to detail. The workers protected my yard. I can't say enough good things about them. Very fair. Kudos to them!

The owner came to my home to do the bid. He was very friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions well. He seemed truly concerned about my home and I appreciated his honesty. I am going to use him in the future. He was very responsive and gave me detailed information. The guys that came out to do the work checked in with me every day and cleaned up well after themselves. The owner also checked in every so often during the project. They worked with me on colors to choose until I was happy with the selection. They went above and beyond for me.

We had to wait for the work to be done because of the weather which was no problem. They were punctual and did a great job. Our patio looks great. They removed the green algae from the bricks and then put down a sealer. We were very pleased with the work.

Initially there was a problem getting an estimate because of the weather. Every time an appointment was set, it rained. Because it was taking a while to get an estimate Michelle Massey came out to do the estimate. She took pictures of the problem areas and explained what needed to be done. The company was highly rated by Angie's list so we felt comfortable going with their lower bid. Once the weather cleared the workers came out and completed the job in 1 1/2 days.

Very good so far. We will not have the work done for a few weeks from this date. We are looking forward to a good experience.

I am planning on using them in the fall. The quote was good and appropriate. I had three quotes and the other ones were higher. Their quote was reasonable and they are definitely doing more things for the same money. They were very good at communicating. They responded immediately and they sent me stuff online. I talked to the owner. I didn't want to do the work until the fall because it would ruin my plants and he said that was okay.

Requested quote from Masey and received a quote within 2 days. Price quoted was competitive. Took several weeks to perform job, because of all the rains. Job was done professionally and site was cleaned up when they left. I would definitely use Massey again for any masonry work.

From start to finish, Massey Tuckpointing shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. Ryan thoroughly explains the scope of the work that needs to be perform and Michelle responds promptly to emails and phone inquiries. The estimate detailed the propose work completely. The crew arrive on time on completed the work in the two day time frame as explained by Ryan. The house Is over 60 years old but they were able to find replacement bricks that closely match the originals. This March I notice some peeling of the cap sealer. Contacted Massey's and Ryan came out ASAP to determine the problem. He also coordinated an HVAC contractor to come out and inspect the furnace flue. Turns out the furnace flue and chimney liner was oversized for the furnace and needed to be replace. After the HVAC contractor replaced the liner, Ryan came back out to reseal the chimney cap and inspect the masonry work all at no additional charge. Massey Tuckpointing takes pride in their work and are concern about their customers. Definitely would recommend them.

Michelle came shortly after contacted her about the work. She provided a bid from photos taken of the "failing chimney." After her bid was accepted, they came and removed old brick and then later that day rebuilt the brick outer layer of the chimney and the chimney cap. The following day they applied the "clear seal" water proofing agent to the chimney.

I have been in contact with Massey several times since February. The job is scheduled for mid-June. I just wanted to leave a review to let people know how courteous and professional the company has been so far. Due to weather constraints, the work was not able to be done yet, but Massey has stayed in touch with me to let me know that we are on schedule for June. I look forward to working with them.

Massey tuckpointing came in cheaper than their competition and provide a much higher quality of work and service. They showed up on the scheduled date and performed all work in or under time and under budget. This is a very professional company with top notch employees who address your every concern immediately. During the wait time they stayed in contact and made sure everything was still on schedule. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using their services in the future.

Ryan Massey responded quickly to my phone call . He was very courteous and gave me a packet with information about the company. I felt that he gave me an honest assessment of the work that needed to be done. I have some cracks in the front porch, and he said they don't repair those. They emailed the proposal, as they said they would. I decided to hire a company that could do both the tuckpointing and crack repair work. I would consider using them for future needs.

Evidently the tuckpointing was wearing away. We contacted Massey Tuckpointing and Masonry and were very pleased with the prompt response and the fact they had a lift truck and would not need to erect a scaffold. Extremely nice to work with, I would recommend them without reservation.

I contacted Massey Tuckpointing & Masonry as one of the three companies I asked to provide a bid on the tuckpoint repair. I was contacted by a Massey employee (sorry did not note name) who indicated they would be out for a bid. I would not be home when they said they would like to come out but they indicated it was not necessary for me to be there at the time of their inspection. A representative of Massey came out to my home to inspect the chimneys. The bid was emailed to me on June 19th with photos of the chimneys as well as communications from Michelle Massey, owner. Due to some personal issues it took me a few weeks to reply to their bid; on July 11th I emailed Michelle back with questions. I had a list of questions regarding their assessment process, actual work, sealant at roof flashing/brick joint, brick sealer, contract, use of subcontractors, insurance and lien waiver. Michelle fully answered my questions on July 12th as well as provided details of materials they would use and a current insurance certificate for their company. I decided to go with Massey due to their bid, lowest of the three I received. I called Michelle on July 19th and we set a date in August approx. four to five weeks out. Later in late July, approx July 24th or 25th, Michelle called to say they had an earlier opening for the work to be completed and would it be o.k. if they came out on Friday, July 27th to do the tuckpoint work. I agreed that timing would work. Ryan and Bobby arrived at my home before 7 a.m. on Friday, July 27th. They were both friendly and professional. They asked for the locations of the electrical outlets and the water source. They inspected the chimneys up close and advised me on what they saw and what they were going to do to tuckpoint them. Within an hour they had chipped out the old mortar, applied new tuckpoint mortar to match existing, sealed the chimneys with Siloxane PD Sealer, and had the area cleaned of all tools and work items. I paid them by personal check. By late Friday afternoon, Michelle had emailed me my copy of the lien waiver for the tuckpoint work done earlier that day. My overall experience with Massey Tuckpointing & Masonry, LLC was very good. I will definitely use them for future tuckpointing and masonry projects.

Massey did an excellent job. The bid was comprehensive and the price was very competitive. Clean up was excellent. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

We selected Massey based on reviews from Angie's List. They did an excellent job from start to finish. They were responsive to our initial request for an estimate, showed up on time, and cleaned up the work site once repairs were completed. We would definitely use them again.

I got 3 estimates and chose Massey because of reputation and being able to start sooner than others. They actually started before the estimated date and performed what was on the contract. Their work was done in a matter of a few days to my complete satisfaction.

An estimator came out to review the scope of our job. The job consisted of tuckpointing on our all brick home along with repairs to a surrounding brick wall. Their proposal was extremely accurate and thorough. They took the time to take photographs and wrote a good description of what was required. Although they were very professional, their price was higher than other's recieved and therefore, we chose to go with another company.

Mr Massey came to give us a bid and was not only very professional but also honest. He let us know that it's often difficult to diagnose a leaking problem with brick houses, but suggested to start with the less expensive solution first. They did the repair and as it turned out, his first diagnosis was correct and the leaking was stopped. The repair that they did also cost us much less than the first bid by another company. I will definitely use them again.

Overall, I was pleased with this company. All members of the work crew were very pleasant, courteous, and hardworking. They were consistently on time and willingly accommodated some work requests I made which were not included in the contract at no additional cost to me. (A few small places on my brick home needed spot tuckpointing which I hadn't seen before the project began and they took care of them.) Any and all concerns I had during the project were addressed promptly. There were some initial issues with cleanup and some minor property damage but they were completely and more than adequately resolved. When you tear down 8' of a brick chimney, things happen! The end product of this project exceeded my expectations and I would have no reservations in recommending Massey Tuckpointing & Masonry to friends and family.

The estimate was prompt, and the bid was the most competitive out of the three that I received. Michelle was always very responsive to any questions I had and was able to move when the work was performed to accommodate my work travel schedule. The day before the work was performed, they came out to apply a few mortar color example swatches. I appreciated that they were patient with me as I agonized over which one to use - ha. The work was performed within the time specified, and I was very happy with the results - especially the porch. The site was cleaned up well, even the gutters. My house numbers and decorative window shutters were not re-installed after the work was completed. However, after contacting Michelle, someone was out to install them the very next day. Overall, I was very happy with the results and plan to use them in future.
