Description of Work: Massey was easy to work with and is a contractor who exemplifies doing things right the first time with no hassle. They completely removed my old clay fireplace flue and replaced it with a new aluminum flue (less issues), put a new damper up top to help make sure nothing unwanted gets in, repaired the damper in the firebox, and repaired/repointed brick work in my firebox. I've had 26 contractors work on our house in the past 3.5 yrs. and, as a homeowner and owner of a home inspection company, Massey did great work. Thank you.

Description of Work: I can't speak for how it will last.They were prompt, showed up when they said they would. Did the job, explained what they were doing that day. I feel confident in their work. Only time will tell.

Description of Work: Did some exterior tuckpointing on two corners of the home, and sealed the seam between the concrete and exterior stone wall of home. From the estimate to the actual work, I was very pleased with the employees and owners. I will recommend to friends and family in the future.

Description of Work: Excellent. They showed up on time as promised, performed work in professional manner. Cleaned up after themselves and the work was very good. I would recommend them and will use them next year when I have more of the process done on my house.

Description of Work: Only received bid for mansonry repair. Estimate was twice that of every other company. Estimate included rework for a job that had been completed just last year (which every other contractor commented on how well the original job was performed), and did not include the major area that was requested to be reviewed.

Description of Work: We can't say enough good things about the Massey Tuckpointing Company. Massey was one of six tuckpointing companies we contacted after a disreputable tuckpointer/landscaper damaged the front of our two-story building. Michelle, the owner, took pictures before work started in order to document the damages we incurred. Afterwards, her company went to work to repair and complete the tuckpointing on the front and side wall of our building. They worked in a professional, efficient and meticulous manner. Michelle assured us often that we would be completely satisfied upon completion of the work. Ryan coordinated and supervised the project and kept us informed of their progress. Travis headed the tuckpointing crew. He and Matt were always approachable and willing to listen to any concerns. They had high-end equipment and were experienced and capable. What they promised, they delivered. He and his crew completed the project in a timely manner and Michelle was right, we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. We are so thankful there are companies like Massey Tuckpointing who will provide quality and service. They gave us such "peace of mind" throughout the project. Our only regret was that they weren't the first company we hired. We give Massey Tuckpointing Company the highest recommendation possible.
