Description of Work: Marcela cleans our entire house twice a month. Floors, windows, bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. Everything looks and smells great. They even clean the inside of the toaster oven and microwave and have swept out the garage.

Description of Work: I researched Angie's List to find a maid service for my home. I was impressed with the reviews given Marcela's Cleaning and called her; she promptly set an appointment to meet with me on Saturday morning at 8 AM. I rushed home from my 12 hour overnight shift at the hospital so that I and my partner would both be there to interview her. She never showed and never called to cancel or reschedule or apologize. This is bad business practice. Not only would I not hire this company, but I feel let down by the information provided by Angie's List.
