Marcella and crew did awesome!! They went above and beyond;!! Our house is spotless!!! They did an amazing job organizing our house, also!!! Also, they were all very nice and polite! Marcella is so nice and easy to talk to! Awesome and amazing!!! Above and Beyond!!! After they were finished, me and my husband walked out of our bedroom and we were in awe! We're still in awe!!! My husband and I can't say enough good things about Marcella!!!!! We are definitely going to have them back real soon! We are beyond happy with our decision to hire Marcella!!!!

Marcela was great to work with and very flexible with several date changes from me. On the final date, her team arrived on time, were pleasant to have in my home and went straight to work. When they were done, everything was clean and they made the carpet look great! I will definitely use them again. Thank you to Marcela and your team!

I tried "personalized" service for 3 hours. That's a single person cleaning. I had had a private person for many years who moved out of the area. She was able to clean my house in less than 3 hours so I thought this was a reasonable expectation. The first person who arrived did not speak English and was in the Master bedroom/bath for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Most of that time was spent cleaning blinds. A different person arrived the second time. She spoke English and seemed much more experienced. She stayed an extra half hour but did not manage to clean the entire house. There is a learning curve. The first time cleaning a house always takes longer. I think if I had stayed with Marcella's she would have worked out. BUT. I also arranged for Marcella's to clean my daughter's house. They looked at it first and then called and told me the price for a team of 3 people for 2.5 hours. When I called back a day before the cleaning to verify, the price had changed considerably. Even worse, as the conversation continued, the price kept changing. I found that very unprofessional and decided to find a more responsible service. Marcella's prices are about the same as other cleaning services. Marcella's had 3 strikes against them: 1. language barrier; 2. crew change right off the bat,; 3. price discrepancy. I'll find a different service.

Extremely well. have been using Marcela's Cleaning for over five years.

Needed a deep clean on the main level of the home. This is a small house of 2 bedroom, 1 bath, living room and kitchen. When contracting for a deep clean, I expect a thorough ceiling-to-floor cleaning of each room. This includes all fixtures, walls, appliances, cabinets, tubs, commode, sinks, baseboards, rugs, carpets and floors. Deep cleanings are also sometimes called spring cleaning. My parents were present at the time of the cleaning and made payment on completion. When I arrived to inspect the work, I was disappointed to find that a deep cleaning had not been completed. Only a superficial, partial cleaning had actually been performed. Light fixtures and flat surfaces were still dusty. Cobwebs were still present. Walls and baseboards were still dirty. Corners and floors under furniture and cabinets were still dirty. Needless to say, I was dissatisfied with the work because I specifically contracted for, and was charged for, a deep cleaning.

Unfortunately not a great job. Two of our household cleaning supplies were taken by accident. Which means an impromptu shopping trip to replace them with a sick baby. On one of the shelves a few bottles were knocked over which caused a huge pool of beta dine to stain and dry on the tile floor. Also they do floors but wear their shoes inside which kind of defeats the purpose. Finally I found dust and dirt in a lot of places that I thought would be wiped off like the front of the couch or on a four or five shelves. Maybe they were having an off day, but the overall job just wasn't very stellar.

One day prior to arrival, Marcella came to inspect what needed to be done, and give us a quote. A crew of 3 arrived right on time. They spent 2.5hrs cleaning. Cleaned the Downstairs half bath first as I requested, so the Wife and I could spend the entire time, out of the crews way, in our basement, resting. The crew of 3 exceeded my expectations, leaving our home clean and fresh. In Our kitchen the wood floors (and moulding), countertops, oven-top, microwave, were spotlessly clean and fresh... they also cleaned off dishes left in the sink... emptied all the trash throughout the house, carpets never looked better... and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. I would definitely use Marcella's again. The cost was slightly higher than the bid of $180... but the difference in the peace of mind I had, was well worth the extra cost. Payment was asked for in cash or check, but I was so disheveled from the hospital experience, the crew was able to accept my credit card over the phone. Wonderful experience, will definitely use again.

Very well. Quality of work was generally very high. Great flexibility in rescheduling . Occasional problems arose because new crew members were unfamiliar.with the house. Marcela was always.honest and helpful in dealing with these problems, reimbursing us on one occasion for accidental damage. Her integrity is a great asset.

They were very prompt and cleaned everything well.

Called Marcela's on Friday and they were there on Saturday. They did an excellent job of getting rid of all the dust and getting everything spotless. We really appreciated their hard work and will be using them again.

I was absolutely thrilled with the outcome. My house looks amazing. Marcela (owner) was every good about getting back to me with an estimate and they were ready to complete the job within days. In fact, I was so thrilled with the outcome I have now scheduled a once a month cleaning. the ladies they send out are very professional. Marcela(cleaner) is the best and am so pleased with everything she has done for me. Would highly recommend.

We hired Marcela's for move out house cleaning, so there was hardly any furniture and it was basically floors, baseboards, a bath and a half, and no kitchen cabinets or appliances. I had to leave but my husband was there working in the yard. While I was gone, on literally a 100 degree day, they turned my two zoned a/c units down to 55 and 45 degrees, and left it that way. We are not living in the house, and had we not noticed certainly there would have been serious damage overnight. By the way, the air was set around 73-75, so it was not hot in there. The house cleaning was ok, not stellar as I had to clean up floor spots, etc., after, but I would have been fine with that. It is incomprehensible that their cleaners feel it is their option to move the thermostats. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I made an appointment for 8:00 a.m. on a Monday for an in-home estimate. I confirmed the appointment the Friday before and they responded that we were confirmed. But come Monday morning, no one showed. No one called or emailed or text to say they were running late, needed to cancel, etc. I waited until 8:45 a.m. I called, no one answered and I left a message. Wouldn't recommend services if they aren't willing to be prompt for trying to get the business.

It goes great. They come and get the work done and can work around my pets, which is nice.

The service takes two hours to complete. Yes, they are professional. There were three workers.

They are absolutely the best we have worked with in St. Louis!

When they finished everything looked clean and shiny. The house smelled good also. (There was no "Lysol smell" as some housecleaners sometimes leave. I would like to have two cleaners on Thursday as previously discussed.

Marcela's cleaners did a fantastic job! I don't think our house was even this clean when we moved in. We are by no means slobs, but honestly, when I look at how clean some parts of our house are now, I'm embarrassed that we even let them in to see what we had before. They were friendly but professional and were very dedicated. We had to force them to stop because we felt bad about how late it was getting but even on the way out, they were still wiping banisters. It was clear that they took pride in their work. We are very happy to continue our relationship with this company.
